Research On Urban Old Industrial Building Reconstruction Under The Concept Of Ecological Civilization

In the process of social and economic development,the rapid development of industry has also caused many negative effects on the ecological environment.In the process of exploring industrial civilization,human beings are constantly pursuing the balance with ecological civilization,but they still can not meet the needs of ecological sustainable development.As a product of industrial civilization,the old industrial buildings are becoming excessive with the upgrading of urban scale and industrial structure.Under the background of advocating resource intensive and ecological priority,we should transform and utilize it to make its ecological regeneration and avoid the waste of resources and environmental pollution caused by large-scale demolition and construction.How the old industrial buildings in the city can be integrated into the city’s social,economic and political values has become an important issue.Starting from the concept of ecological civilization,this paper studies its application in architectural design by using the methods of literature review and data analysis,and explores the relationship between the regeneration mode of old industrial buildings and the concept of ecological civilization,so as to make it applied in the ecological transformation of old industrial buildings.However,in this process,new problems continue to appear: the land resources of modern metropolis are becoming more and more tense,how to transform the old industrial buildings ecologically,how to rise the ecological industry,and so on.Therefore,this paper innovatively combines the ecological transformation of old industrial buildings with urban agriculture,carries out relevant research on urban agriculture,and studies relevant cases of urban agriculture at home and abroad through network research and field research,so as to get inspiration.This paper selects the boiler room in Anshan as the research subject,uses the methods of field investigation and case analysis to conduct field investigation on many old industrial boiler rooms left over by Anshan City,studies the relevant contents of boiler room space and development and utilization,and obtains the development and utilization mode and method of waste boiler room in Anshan City.By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the agricultural market,agricultural advantages and the needs of urban agricultural masses in Anshan City.The purpose is to enhance the value of old industrial buildings through the way of green environmental protection.The waste boiler house will be transformed into a modern urban agricultural park to guide the development of characteristic agricultural industry in Anshan City and form a new humanized urban space model,and build an ecological civilization education base to make it have a new style and vitality.This paper puts forward the development goal,application problems and development strategy of urban agricultural boiler room transformation application,and explores the possibility of urban agriculture application in the ecological transformation of old industrial buildings from the perspective of architectural mode,transformation technology and design.This paper tries to solve the problems of the relationship between people and architecture,people and environment and people through reasonable and scientific design,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions.In view of the representative cases of old industrial building transformation,it is of great significance to explore its universal significance,from case to general,to excavate and give industrial value to the transformation of old industrial buildings.
