The Study On Strategies Of Ecological Design On Renovation Of Existing Industrial Buildings

The industrial civilization results in not only social advancement but also deterioration of ecological environment,the transiton of social economy and the relocation of urban industry has led to massive existing industrial buildings.With increasingly worseing environment,how to efficiently utilize the existing industrial buildings is currently a hot topic.It’s meaningful to transfer and reuse the existing industrial buildings.However,comparing with building new buildings,sometimes the excessive design or simple transformation creates more waste and energy loss.Therefore,it has been attached more importance to bring ecological design idea into the renovation of exsiting industrial buliding.Conceptual phase is the most important part of a project.This paper is from architect’s perspective and the design point of view,intergrating the existing industrial architecture renovation and ecological design theory,studies the functional orientation,site design,space organization,ventilation and lighting,material and energy use,energy efficiency evaluation and other aspects to create a set of strategies of ecological design on renovation of existing industrial buildings for the conceptual phase.It also helps the ecological design involved in the intervention design,increases the importance of ecological design in the renovation of idle industrial buildings and provides some enlightening references.In order to get better utilize of ecological design method in existing building renovation,it is important to study and analyze the existing industrial building renovation theory and ecological design method in detail.By using the method of literature research,case studies,comparative analysis,induction and deduction to analyzed and summarized.It is expect-able to summarize the deficiency of existing ecological design in existing industrial buildings renovation and come up with ideal strategies.The innovation of this paper is to introduce ecological ideas into existing industrial buildings renovation,and to increase the importance of ecologica design,and eventually optimize the existing design mode which is emphasis on function and shape.The existing industrial buildings renovation of ecological design idea is not only the intersection of existing industrial buildings renovation and ecological design.By analysis this specific issue,collating and summarizing the data of the system,creating design srrategies and methods beyond the intersection,it is aiming to form a comprehensive and strong targeting design strategy,wishing to enrich the theory of existing industrial building’s renovation.
