Aeroengine is the core part of the aircraft,which determines the overall performance of the aircraft.The external pipeline system has a very important impact on the reliability of the engine.Due to the large number and complex structure of pipelines,multiple fields need to be considered in the layout.Traditional metal prototype-based manual laying consumes a lot of time and effort of designers,lengthens the development cycle,and increases the cost of development.With the rapid development of computer and CAD technology,pipeline design has entered the stage of human-computer interaction,which reduces the cost to a certain extent,but there are still problems such as low efficiency and serious dependence on human experience.At present,there is not a set of mature algorithm and sy stem to realize the automatic pipeline laying.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of pipeline laying,adapt to the increasing overall development level of the engine.In this paper,the aero engine as the research object,the pipeline automatic laying related theory,system development of key technologies to carry out research,the development of a CAD-based design platform for the engine external pipe automatic laying system.The main research in this paper is as follows:(1)Introduce the current situation of research at home and abroad,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing automatic pipeline planning methods,analyze the existing problems,and point out the significance of this paper.(2)The establishment of a mathematical model of the problem of piping.This paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the laying of the aeronautical engine line,summarizes the engineering rules of the pipeline design,establishes the target function of pipeline optimization,introduces the method of laying space processing and interference detection,and lays the groundforthe for the optimization algorithm realization.(3)A study of the general two-end line laying algorithm.Automatically,a path that meets the rules is planned in the laid space based on the specified start and end endpoints.Using particle swarm algorithm as the optimization algorithm of automatic laying,the coding method is designed for the strong constraint of pipeline layout.(4)Study of multi-point branch line laying algorithm.Based on the 3D laying diagram,the branch point position is solved using the particle group algorithm,and then a single path is planned using the improved A-algorithm.(5)System development.Based on the above research results,the pipeline automatic laying system is designed and developed with UG secondary development technology.The functional modules of the system are described in combination with the examples,and the algorithms studied are verified.
