| With the widespread application of Internet technology and big data, the lifestyle of urban residents is changing quietly, and people’s demand for production and living-related materials has gradually changed from offline to online, which has led to urban distribution. This emerging concept.Urban distribution is the last mile of the logistics chain. It plays a very important role in the entire supply chain. With the rapid development of urbanization, both the big data forecast and the policy direction indicate that Urban distribution will enter a new and vigorous stage. But at the same time, emerging distribution models such as urban distribution have also encountered many difficulties and challenges during their development.such as restrictions on the access of distribution vehicles to urban areas and difficulties in delivery by end customers. This article is aimed at the difficulties and challenges encountered in the development of urban distribution, and proposes corresponding countermeasures.Specifically,an optimization model is constructed from the perspective of two-tier vehicle collaborative distribution and multiple customer delivery methods, and is solved and tested in actual cases. The effectiveness of the optimization model is obtained and corresponding conclusions are drawn.(1)In view of the difficulty of large high-emission distribution vehicles in the distribution area, this paper through the construction of transshipment center nodes to the single-level distribution mode into a two-stage vehicle co-distribution mode, the use of small environmentally friendly freight electric vehicles to carry out the second-level terminal customer delivery process,so that the entire distribution process has been optimized and improved.(2)In view of the difficulty of terminal customer delivery, this paper,by dividing the customer type, designed different delivery methods for different customer types, and made the whole city distribution two-level vehicle path model closer to reality by adding self-lift point nodes.Through the comparison and analysis of case simulation data, the results show that the distribution path optimization model constructed in this paper that considers a variety of customer delivery methods is better optimized and improved in terms of the total cost of distribution and the vehicle load rate than before the optimization.(3)This paper applies and solves the model sbuilt above in the real case, collects the relevant data, solves and analyzes the constructed model with the improved analog annealing algorithm and Matlab software, verifies the rationality and validity of the model and algorithm proposed in this paper, and compares and analyzes the simulation results of the two models. The data results show that the path perturbation neighborhood search mechanism and iterative mechanism in the algorithm design effectively improve the quality structure and quality of the optimization solution. |
