| As the manufacturing industry develops more and more rapidly,the increasingly enterprises pay more attention to the risk analysis of the manufacturing process.Only by effectively responding to the risks in the manufacturing process can the company obtain greater profits.In particular,today’s discrete manufacturing companies are experiencing more and more varieties and small batches of production methods,which makes the risk in the manufacturing process more frequent and the types of risks become more complex.The occurrence of risks in the manufacturing process is random,and once it happens,it will bring huge losses.According to the survey,every one minute of parking in the automobile assembly shop will cause tens of thousands of economic losses,which makes more and more companies pay more attention to possible risks are prevented to gain greater competitiveness in the enterprise.Since the discrete manufacturing process consists of multiple process nodes,detailed analysis of each process node is required in order to better cope with risks.In recent years,with the wide application of risk response strategy selection methods,effective response to risks before they occur has been highly concerned by many experts,scholars and company managers.Based on this,this paper takes the actual discrete manufacturing process as the background and effectively selects the appropriate risk response strategy by constructing the risk response strategy selection model to reduce the cost loss and improve product quality and production efficiency.(1)Constructing a "series-type" manufacturing process risk response strategy selection model.Starting from the each process node of the discrete manufacturing process,firstly,identify the risk events existing in the manufacturing process.then,use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the probability of occurrence of the risk event,thereby reducing the subjectivity in the identification process.On this basis,aiming at the overall expected profit of the manufacturing process,and constructing a "series-type" discrete manufacturing process risk response strategy selection model based on the cost budget and product quality required to implement the risk response strategy.Finally,by solving the model,an effective risk response strategy set is obtained to reduce the loss caused by the risk in the manufacturing process.(2)Constructing a "hybrid-type" manufacturing process risk response strategy selection model.Based on the "series-type" structure,the risk analysis of the manufacturing process of the "hybrid-type"structure is carried out to study the impact of risk on the manufacturing process in a more complex state,and research the risk mitigation effect after implementing the risk response strategy.After identifying and assessing the risk events of the entire manufacturing process,a specific risk response strategy selection model is constructed and solved using LINGO software to obtain a set of risk response strategies for the "hybrid-type" manufacturing process.(3)Validating the validity and practicability of the proposed method through potential application studies.Select A’s assembly line as the background of the example.Firstly,determine underlying data of each process node of the entire manufacturing process and identify specific risk events;then assess the probability of occurrence of each risk event and the negative impact of the risk on the entire manufacturing process,and then propose some measures to deal with this risk events;Finally,the "series-type" and "hybrid-type" manufacturing process risk response strategy selection models were constructed respectively.The corresponding risk response strategy sets were obtained through LINGO software,and the results were analyzed for sensitivity.So,some specific conclusions were obtained and business managers can gain a theoretical basis for effective risk response and scene improvement. |
