| As the power turbine is the heart of the power industry, its manufacturing sector is related to the people's livelihood, one of the key industries. In recent years, with the continuous development of world industry, the increasing demand for power supply and thus the productive capacity of turbine manufacturers also put forward higher requirements. Due to historical reasons, the domestic manufacturing sector has been the extension of steam turbine steam turbine according to various types of parts and specialized procedures for the production organization of production management system. Process optimization can be summarized as consider the cost and efficiency factors, local conditions of the production process optimization. As the complexity of the production process steam turbine, steam turbine production process optimization has become an urgent problem to solve.This thesis is devoted to optimize the production process of large steam turbine plants with mixed mode of production characteristics. After the in-depth analysis of complex production processes in Dongfang Turbine, based on the actual situation of ERP project implementation, gives innovative and exploratory research on ERP-based manufacturing process optimization problems. The main contents are:1. Gives a detailed study.of hybrid production mode of steam turbine industry. P Proposes the importance of production process reengineering in the turbine manufacturing industry. Combined with ongoing ERP implementation, gives a detailed analysis of ERP-based hybrid manufacturing process optimization theory optimization theory for multi-product production characteristics to determine the strongpoint of ERP-based hybrid method of the production process optimization theory.2. Analyzes the main problems in hybrid manufacturing process in Dongfang Turbine. Puts forward a specific process optimization according to the three major processes(bill of Materials, planning and the production operations). Based on the three major process optimization design, carry out the secondary development of ERP system implementation of the bill of materials module, planning module and production operations module. The turbine manufacturing process itself is very complex, and East gas production process is not quite reasonable layout and other factors. Results in the adjustment of the production process involved in all management levels and in almost all aspects.3. To propose a hybrid-type production process optimization and systems implementation plan and summarize the implementation results. The final implementation of the results showed that process optimization:integrated all information platforms for data sharing, improved production efficiency; co-ordinated the planning of discrete production planning and production is scheduled for general cases; solved the synchronization is poor, management of discrete problems. |
