Networked manufacturing is a kind of service-oriented manufacturing model,for the transformation of traditional manufacturing to networked manufacturing platform provides a new direction,combined with the existing research,the theory study of networked manufacturing is still in its infancy,the theoretical results a distance from truly achieve promotion,this topic to make coordination method based on micro service related theory and implementation process of research,the purpose is to research and development of traditional manufacture enterprise to the transformation of the networked manufacturing enterprise service manufacturing collaborative platform.For this reason,this paper mainly studies the following aspects:The characteristics of the manufacturing chain and the specific operation process are analyzed,and according to the characteristics of the manufacturing chain,the specific process of the manufacturing tasks involved in the manufacturing chain relation node being released to execution is described.From the perspective of manufacturing chain operation process,the concept of manufacturing collaborative microservice is put forward,and according to the actual situation,the supply-demand microservice is summarized as platform microservice.By analyzing the different response requests involved in manufacturing collaborative microservices,the manufacturing collaborative microservices were sorted and classified.Based on the analysis of the types and functional categories of manufacturing collaborative microservices,the concept of collaborative service system is proposed to respond to the requests of microservices,and the overall structure of the system is designed.Based on the overall structural design of collaborative service system,the concept and characteristics of manufacturing resources involved in manufacturing tasks were summarized according to different manufacturing task requirements,and the construction principles and specific models of manufacturing resource description model were established.By sorting out different kinds of manufacturing resources and combining the principles of database establishment,the manufacturing resource search knowledge base and collaborative code base of manufacturing collaborative business identification knowledge base of manufacturing resource database are designed and established.The intelligent collaborative method of collaborative service system is studied,and the concept of manufacturing collaborative microservice function is proposed based on the previous analysis of manufacturing collaborative microservice.Aiming at the specific functions involved in the microservice function,the business identification code of the manufacturing collaborative microservice function is designed,and the four-stage structure is taken as the standard form of the function.Based on the manufacturing resource requirements involved in the operation of the platform,a manufacturing resource matching algorithm suitable for the development of the platform was designed,and the releasing-execution process of manufacturing tasks and the specific steps of the algorithm were analyzed.Through the analysis of the mechanism of manufacturing collaboration business identification and reasoning,and the manufacturing collaborative process is described;by constructing collaborative identification record,the collaborative reasoning algorithm of manufacturing collaborative service is analyzed,and the association matrix model in the process of manufacturing collaborative microservice is constructed,so it provides a better solution for the information positioning between the supply and demand side.Finally,the specific functional modules of the collaborative service system are developed and implemented.According to the above theoretical analyses and algorithm mechanisms,the business identification reasoning and matching module,manufacturing resource search module and collaborative process reasoning module are developed in VC + + development environment. |
