Networked manufacturing has become an important manufacture mode in information times. Knowledge-based engineering technology which integrates various knowledge play an important role in implementing product intelligentized design. It is one of key technologies of networked manufacturing and can make manufacturing enterprises share the resources, produce productions in high efficiency, high quality and low cost, increase their competitive ability. Combine the characteristics of designing and manufacturing motor, this paper focus on several key technologies in networked manufacturing environment such as motor knowledge transform, platform constructing, configuration modeling and collaborative alternation. Moreover, this paper has developed motor product networked manufacturing platform system based on KBE and put the system into practical use in enterprise, the system has yielded good fruits in the enterprise.Chapter 1 summarizes the changing history of manufacture industry, analyzes the meaning and essence of networked manufacturing and motor's designing methods in networked manufacturing, aim at the lack of traditional PDM, points out that networked manufacturing needs making use of knowledge-based engineering technology, and finally points out primary research content and organizing structure of this paper.Chapter 2 analyzes motor's structure and design characteristics, requirement feature of customized motor. Combine the requirements of wolong corp., constructs the systemic structure of motor networked manufacturing platform, and show the structure as a whole, functional view and process view.Chapter 3 puts forward the networked manufacturing configuration modeling method of motor based on axiomatic design. Analyzes axiomatic design theory and information generation characteristics of product configuration modeling, axiomatic design theory was introduced into networked manufacturing configuration modeling of motor. Combine modeling flow, points out the mapping and transform of motor 5 design knowledge. The modeling method in this paper makes designer get customer's requirement information which is dynamic, and construct corresponding configuration model to implement dynamic product configuration.Chapter 4 puts forward the networked manufacturing collaborative alternation method of motor based on knowledge. Through analyzing the networked manufacturing collaborative mode and functional requirement of wolong corp., constructs collaborative alternation frame, and researches collaborative knowledge acquisition, collaborative security and collaborative conflict elimination. Collaborative alternation can make designer get customer's requirement information which is dynamic, and cooperate effectively.Chapter 5 introduces the motor product networked manufacturing platform system based on KBE, including its platform, systemic framework and the realization of key modules.Chapter 6 summarizes the contents and the achievements of this paper, then points out the further research direction.
