In recent years,with the rapid economic development of various countries,the demand for electricity of industries,enterprises and residents is increasing year by year,and the amount of coal required for power generation of power plants is also increasing.Considering the geographical location,coal reserves,coal price and freight of different countries,importing coal is the best choice for those countries with scarce coal resources.Through the investigation,it is found that the transportation of electric coal to power plants by sea is the most cost-effective way,which is also widely used in various countries.Reasonable design of transportation scheme is a prerequisite for ensuring coal supply.Different design schemes have different effects on transportation efficiency,transportation cost,power plant operation and environment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out relevant research on this issue.In this paper,the coal shipping system workflow,operation mode and the calculation of related indicators are analyzed,and the simulation model is built.Through the weight evaluation and optimization design of each impact index,the scheme and comprehensive scheme that meet the requirements of different decision makers are selected.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,based on the analysis of the research status of coal shipping related issues at home and abroad,the key and difficult points of the system design are clarified,and each operation link is described.Three transportation schemes are preliminarily designed,and the FCE-AHP-Topsis evaluation system is proposed to evaluate the designed scheme,and the overall framework of simulation and optimization of the transportation scheme is determined.Secondly,the input and output parameters are analyzed.According to the characteristics of each parameter and the existing transportation mode of coal shipping system,three simulation transportation models are established and operated respectively.The financial data,investment effect,system safety and environmental benefits of different schemes are analyzed.According to the simulation data results of each scheme,the evaluation and optimization of transportation scheme and ship related parameters in transportation scheme are determined.Finally,according to the four dimensions of different evaluation indexes,fce-ahp weighting method is used to solve the weight of different decision-makers’ emphasis index and its comprehensive weight,and Topsis method is used to screen and sort the optimized schemes.For the coal shipping system designed in this paper,the basic particle swarm optimization,improved particle swarm optimization and Opt Quest TM integrated with the simulation platform anylogic are used to optimize the layout parameters,and the simulation data of each layout scheme are compared to select the best layout scheme that meets the requirements of each decision maker.
