The virtual maintenance training system established based on the troubleshooting process model can provide efficient and systematic troubleshooting training to the maintenance personnel.Therefore,it has been widely used in the field of maintenance personnel training.The existing troubleshooting process modeling methods ignore the structural characteristics of the troubleshooting process itself,the structure of the model established with such methods is complex,and the expansion and reusability of the simulation program is poor,which restricts the development of the virtual maintenance training system.To address this issue,with the troubleshooting subtasks as the model elements,the paper adopted the discrete event modeling method BOM to gradually establish the troubleshooting process model layer by layer and create the 3D simulation environment to carry on the model simulation verification.The results showed that the established model can simulate the real troubleshooting process,meet the development requirements of the virtual maintenance training system,and solve the problem that the model of the troubleshooting process is complex and the simulation program is not reusable.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,on the basis of studying the aircraft maintenance manual,the hierarchical and discretization characteristics of the troubleshooting process were summarized,and the simulation elements were abstracted by discrete event modeling.According to the modeling requirements,a hierarchical modeling strategy and a model framework were proposed.By comparing the pros and cons of the common discrete event modeling methods in modeling completeness and model complexity,the BOM method was used to establish the troubleshooting process model.Secondly,combined with the structural characteristics of the troubleshooting process and the modeling characteristics of the BOM method modularization,with the troubleshooting subtasks as the model elements,the BOM template was used to describe the modeling elements,establish the troubleshooting subtask model,and aggregate and establish the complete troubleshooting process model according to the hierarchical structure of the troubleshooting process.Because of the semantic ambiguity of the troubleshooting process model established with the BOM method,combined with the DEVS method,the BOM entity definition and state machine template was expanded and improved.And the extended BOM method was used to reestablish the entity state model and the entity state transition model of the troubleshooting process.Then,the troubleshooting process model 3D simulation environment was created with the A320 virtual maintenance training platform developed by the laboratory to explain the simulation implementation framework and program structure of the troubleshooting process model.The feasibility of the troubleshooting process model and the simulation methods was verified by running the troubleshooting process model instance.Finally,with the support of BOM on HLA framework,the distributed simulation method and simulation framework of the established troubleshooting process was put forward,and the future development direction of the virtual maintenance training platform was studied.The troubleshooting process model establish with the BOM method in this paper can accurately and clearly describe the troubleshooting process and improve the reusability of the simulation program of the troubleshooting process,thereby achieving the purpose of the study.
