| In recent years,with the continuous occurrence of sinking oil landing incidents,it has caused serious damage to the marine environment.The research on sinking oil monitoring technology is of great significance to the environmental protection of my country’s marine resources.Multi-beam sonar is used to carry out marine sinking oil monitoring tasks.,It has the characteristics of strong environmental tolerance,low task cost-effectiveness ratio and convenient operation and installation,but it faces technical difficulties in large-scale sinking oil image recognition.In order to break through the technical problems of multi-beam sonar sinker oil image recognition,this thesis has carried out research on sinker oil imaging methods,image preprocessing,feature extraction and classification recognition of multi-beam sonar,and designed and developed a sinker based on multi-beam sonar.Base oil image recognition software,carried out experimental system design and data processing work,verified the software module functions and processing capabilities,the specific content is as follows:(1)Carry out the research on the recognition method of multi-beam sonar bottom oil.Based on the analysis of the multi-beam sonar snippet submarine imaging method,the submarine sonar image is equalized,filtered,etc.,and the gray-level co-occurrence matrix feature and gray-level statistical feature are selected to extract the feature of the bottom oil image,and SVM support is applied.The vector machine and BP neural network are used to study the identification method of the bottom oil area.(2)Using QT framework to design and develop multi-beam sonar sinking oil recognition software.According to the functional requirements of the software,the overall scheme of the recognition method is developed,and the software modular design is carried out,which mainly includes the interface display module,the image processing module,the feature extraction module,and the classification recognition module.(3)Carry out the overall design of the pool experimental system and software function testing.On the basis of the development of multi-beam sonar oil recognition software,the experimental design and multi-beam sonar measurement experiment research of sinking oil detection pool including sinking oil simulants and gravel,silt and other interferences were carried out.The experimental results verify and perfect the software’s function of each module.The experimental results show that under the condition that the pixel block size is 8 pixels,the recognition rate of the software using the SVM method can reach 89.33%,and the recognition rate of the BP method can reach 89.67%.This software has reached the expected design requirements and has good engineering application value. |
