| DEH(Digital electric-hydraulic Control System)is the Digital electric-hydraulic Control System of steam turbines.It is widely used as the control device for large thermal power turbine.It’s mainly used to monitor some important parameters of steam turbine which includes the speed and power control function,over speed protection function,as well as the admission and exhaust steam parameters,cylinder temperature,bearing temperature and speed,generator power and other units in the start,stop and normal operation process.In addition,DEH system can effectively regulate and manage the valves,which also helps the steam turbine start and stop quickly to a certain extent.The digital electric-hydraulic control system of steam turbine is mainly composed of electronic control part and hydraulic regulating mechanism.Electronic control is mainly composed of DCS and DEH special modules of distributed control system.It completes the tasks of signal acquisition,comprehensive calculation,logical processing,man-machine interface and so on.Hydraulic regulation security part is mainly composed of electro-hydraulic converter,solenoid valve,oil motor,steam distribution mechanism,etc.It converts electrical control signal into hydraulic mechanical control signal,and finally controls the opening of steam inlet valve of steam turbine.Hongjun 2*350MW unit is a CHK02-4 type steam turbine,super critical,primary and intermediate reheat,double-cylinder,single-shaft steam turbine generator set,produced by Harbin steam turbine factory co.,LTD.Steam turbine governing system is a high pressure anti-fuel type digital electric-hydraulic regulating system(DEH).Electronic equipment adopts EDPF-NT+system,developed by guodian zhi shen control technology co.,LTD.The hydraulic system adopts a complete set of high pressure oil-resisting EH device,which belongs to Harbin steam turbine control engineering co.,LTD.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the development history of DEH control system,and preliminarily understands the development history of steam turbine digital electric-hydraulic control system.Then,through the analysis and study of the equipment and functions of steam turbine digital electric-hydraulic control system,it is clear that the system can meet the application of steam turbine control in enterprises.Then,the control system is modeled,simulated,analyzed and optimized,and the application simulation of the whole system is completed by combining mathematical calculation and theoretical research.Finally,through the application practice of the system,the feasibility of the system in application is illustrated. |
