Electrical automatic control technology is widely used in factories at present.Electrical automatic control technology in industrial production process is a technology that realizes the automation of production process by collecting all kinds of electrical automation instruments,automatic control technology,equipment and production process.The application of electric automatic control technology in factories can effectively improve labor productivity,reduce labor intensity,improve safety,reduce the incidence of production accidents,and make an important contribution to the modernization of China's manufacturing industry.Firstly,by analyzing and discussing the development of DCS control system and the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of electrical automatic control technology,the research status of the application of electrical automatic control technology in factories at home and abroad is explained,and the characteristics of electrical automation technology are summarized,including its simplification,distribution and informatization development direction,as well as the diversity,flexibility,continuity,real-time and complex of its control.The characteristics of heterozygosity.Secondly,through the monitoring and alarming of the boiler water level in the factory and the interlocking shutdown control of the very low water level of the boiler,the protection function of the electric automatic control technology is explained.The monitoring function of the electric automatic control technology is explained by the vibration monitoring of the air compressor and the oil pressure and oil temperature monitoring.The automatic control function of the electric automatic control technology is explained by the electric automatic control of the deoxygenation and medication system in the factory.Thirdly,combined with the author's work practice,three application examples of the electric automatic control technology in factories are analyzed and discussed in detail:(1)The application of the electric automatic control technology in the design of fire-fighting switch-off circuit for the monitoring and control of power distribution system is aimed at defining the position of fire-fighting switch-off with the monitoring function in the electric automatic control,and realizing the non-fire-fighting power supply of power distribution system with the simplest and feasible method.Monitoring of circuit opening.(2)Application of electric automatic control technology in smoke box shape detection and removal.Its function is to automatically eliminate and realize sound and light alarm with electric automatic control device when the folding edge of smoke box skin is loose and has external defects.(3)The application of electric auto-control technology in the Auto-conveying trolley,whose main function is to control the trolley to realize the control of manual/single cycle/continuous cycle,flexibly meet the transportation of different quantities of materials in actual production.Finally,through setting the temperature and humidity index and sensor location of process air conditioning in the factory,the existing problems in the application of electrical automatic control technology in the factory are pointed out,and its application prospects are prospected.
