| In recent years,natural resources is scarce and achieve sustainable development has been long-term development strategy in our country.In such a context,remanufacturing arises and become an important form of the product green cycle development.On the basis of the traditional manufacturing industry,more and.more enterprises start to carry out remanufacturing activities,which formed the manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid system(MRHS).In addition,the production plan and production decision-making is the core of production system and related to the whole operation of enterprises.If there are mistakes,it is likely to lead to the interruption of production,waste of resources and fail to meet the market demand,which can cause company serious loss.But because of the complexity of remanufacturing activities,MRHS production decision-making is more difficult.For that reason,it is necessary to analyze MRHS and put forward scientific and effective production decision-making methods to guide enterprises to carry out production plans.At present,the research on MRHS production decision has caused wide attention of the academic and business,and has obtained certain research results.This paper deeply studied the MRHS production decision based on the summary and analysis of informed research.The main research works includes the following three aspects:(1)Put forward the method of MRHS multi-period production decision considering out of stock.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of uncertainties(demand,quantity of recycled products and uncertainty of production capacity),the MRHS multi-period production decision-making optimization model is established.Monte carlo method and genetic algorithm are applied to solve the model.(2)Put forward the method of MRHS multi-period production decision considering product substitution.The MRHS production opportunity constrained programming model is established,considering the heterogeneous demand and product substitution.Monte carlo method and genetic algorithm are also used to solve the model.(3)Applied research:Collect and statistic production data of auto parts manufacturing/remanufacturing system of Dongfeng Cummins Company.According to the production decision optimization model established before,the production decision of MRHS for automobile parts is made to illustrate the practicability and rationality of the proposed methods.The MRHS production decision optimization methods proposed in this paper considered of product substitutability on the basis of comprehensively considering of the uncertainty of the system,which can enrich the existing research and provide reference for manufacturing/remanufacturing enterprises. |
