With the unlimited use of natural resources and the environment, the problem of the resource crisis and environmental pollution is increasingly prominent. Against this background, green circulation development model becomes an inevitable choice for the development of the manufacturing industry. Remanufacturing is an important part of the manufacturing cycle development, and an important way to achieve the cycle development.Based on the National Natural Science Foundation project “Multidimensional under uncertainty environment manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid system modeling and optimization control research”(51305042), and a variety of basic researches of remanufacturing at home and abroad, this paper studied “Manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid production systems”. The main work of this dissertation is as follows:1. According to the development history of manufacturing industry at home and abroad,this paper discusses the important role of remanufacturing in the future in the manufacturing industry and research, and summarizes the main uncertainties of remanufacturing systems based on the research and analysis the manufacturing / remanufacturing systems composition,workflow based on the research and analysis other aspects of the implementation model,elaborated hybrid system’s operating environment.2. Batch question of manufacturing / remanufacturing systems is studied. Focused on the characteristics that manufacturing costs and rates should be subject to certain relationships in the manufacturing, a mathematical programming model is constructed, which takes into account the new and re-manufactured goods and recycling materials inventory costs,production costs and product price differentials and other factors, with the maximum total profit as the goal, to solve the manufacturing of new products and bulk distribution of remanufactured goods. Studies have shown that the total profits of the enterprise with the increase remanufacturing remanufacturing rate,first increased and then decreased, and the new and re-manufactured goods more expensive than having the same relationship, therefore,necessary to determine the optimum values based on both re-manufacturing strategies.3. This paper analyzes Manufacturing / Remanufacturing Production Scheduling hybrid systems, and developed a prototype hybrid to control the system optimization.Aimed at the fuzzy time to remanufacture parts of recycled products for repair and certain characteristics of the distribution, a remanufacturing production system scheduling model is established. The model is based on the degree of re-system remanufacturing economy, quality,energy and the environment, in order to solve the remanufacturing system distribution of tasks and remanufacturing production scheduling system for the goal. Repair time for random fuzzy expected value model remanufacturing, using genetic algorithms to solve, and finally, the correctness of the model and algorithm is proved through simulation examples.4. The overall design of remanufacturing shop scheduling system is studied from three aspects of the basic parameters of remanufacturing shop scheduling, system design and function of each block of the prototype system using methods. The remanufacturing shop scheduling prototype system is developed, demonstrating the feasibility of remanufacturing shop scheduling system theory studied in this paper.The purpose of this study is to propose a reasonable, practical mathematical method which can provide a scientific reference for manufacturing / remanufacturing batch mixing systems, shop scheduling problem solving, and to guide the users to make reasonable decisions on mixed production to improve efficiency.
