In this paper,taking the Assembly shop of Tiexi Plant of B company as the research object,using the theory of human factor engineering,through the measurement and analysis of the working environment and fatigue of this Assembly shop a series of improvement schemes are formulated,so as to improve the working environment of the Assembly shop and the fatigue of employees,enhance the working efficiency of employees,and avoid safety accidents and quality accidents happen.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation that the working environment and the working fatigue situation are paid more and more attention by enterprises.Based on the existing research theories,it introduces the influence of the working environment on human beings and the mechanism and measurement method of fatigue.The micro-climate environment,lighting environment,noise environment and other environmental factors in the workshop were measured.The subjective questionnaire,RPE and reaction time were used to measure the working fatigue of the workshop operators.On this basis,the working fatigue of the workshop operators were analyzed,and the corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward,and the improved environment could be improved.The expected results are analyzed.Through the research of this paper,a series of work environment and work fatigue improvement schemes have been formulated for the Assembly shop of Tiexi Plant of Company B,so that the work environment of enterprises can be further improved,thereby improving the work efficiency of enterprise operators and avoiding the occurrence of safety and quality accidents.At the same time,it lays a certain foundation and reference direction for the application of human factor engineering theory in enterprise practice.
