As a special linear motor,the pulse high current linear drive device is widely used in the field of electromagnetic emission.Because of its advantages of high energy,simple principle and strong controllability,it has attracted more and more researchers’ attention in recent years.The maximum peak current of linear motor reaches Ma level,and the transmission of large electric energy mainly depends on the cable.At present,the cable industry is relatively mature,and its manufacturing is standardized.No matter the structure,conductor,insulation and protection of various cables,there are relevant national,industrial and enterprise standards.The main constraints on product performance are process control and material.Because of the special application condition of the pulse high current cable,there is a big difference between the working condition of the pulse high current cable and the ordinary power cable,which makes the structure of the two cables must be different.At present,there is no ready-made mature product about pulse high current cable,which needs to be customized.Therefore,the research results can only be guided by relevant national standards and enterprise standards.In this thesis,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental research are carried out on the internal temperature field and stress of the high current pulse cable.Firstly,the overall design principle of the cable is proposed and the structure of the cable is selected according to the actual working condition of the application of high pulse current.Secondly,the insulation method recommended by the National Standard IEC(2008)is used to approximate the temperature rise of the cable.Based on this,the insulation material with high temperature resistance is selected;the two-dimensional coupling model of the cable is established and finite element method is applied to analyze the temperature rise of the cable,and the rationality of the simulation model is verified through the test;aiming at the problem of the high temperature rise of the cable,a variety of cooling schemes are proposed and compared.Finally,the electromagnetic force on the cable is simulated.In order to reduce the electromagnetic force on the cable,the shielding layer structure is added to some cables at the connection between the cable and the load.For different cable and load connections,the stress situation is studied to ensure that the cable will not slip off the load when passing through the pulse current.The research results have certain guiding significance for the design of pulse high current transmission cable.
