Countries are now facing energy and environmental problems. The depletion of fossil energy and increasing environmental pollution are forcing countries to actively seek solutions.Clean and renewable energy is the first choice for countries to solve energy problems. In order to achieve sustainable development, countries have invested more research power in the field of new energy power generation, and they have also appeared in the development and utilization of new energy. In different forms, marine energy, solar energy, wind energy, etc.have become the main representatives of clean energy, and they are the main targets for development and research in various countries. The generation of these new energy sources into microgrids is one of the main ways of using new energy in the future.Electric vehicles are incorporated into the power distribution network as a load.A small number of electric vehicle charging is a normal load for the power system and has a small impact, but large-scale integration will have a greater impact on the operating distribution network, which will have an impact on stable operation, reliability and control.Based on the characteristics of photovoltaic power generation and the charging behavior during the use of electric vehicles, the impact of the impact on the connected distribution network is the research goal. The subject evaluates the reliability of the distribution network taking into account the photovoltaic output and the integration of electric vehicles.First, the impact of photovoltaic power generation and electric vehicles on the reliability of power distribution was analyzed, and existing problems were found. The reliability analysis method and evaluation indicators were determined. The distribution network was established under different operating conditions. The state space of load points, photovoltaic power generation, component equipment, etc.in the system, using Monte Carlo simulation to solve the reliability indicators in each state,to obtain an assessment of reliability, focusing on the probability of photovoltaic power generation, electric vehicles, and island operation. The model is analyzed to solve the reliability index of the distribution network under different operating conditions. In order to analyze the power of the distribution network system connected to photovoltaic power generation and electric vehicles,a random load power objective function was constructed, and the improved MOPSO algorithm was studied to improve its search ability.Simulation tests were performed to prove the effectiveness of the improved algorithm. Finally, the distribution network taking into account the grid connection of photovoltaic and electric vehicles was tested and analyzed, and the reliability indicators of each part of the distribution network were calculated based on the actual specific cases. It provides a certain reference for the research on the reliability of distribution network, and proves that the research in this paper has certain practical significance.
