With the energy crisis and environmental pollution problem is getting worse, green new energy technology has become the inevitable trend of the development of power system, the distributed generation and the electric vehicle has become the focus of attention of governments and electric power enterprises around the world because of their environmentally friendly and economy. However, the output power of distributed generation usually varies with the change of external environment, its output power has obvious randomness and volatility;Electric vehicles are affected by the uncertainties such as the charging mode, the charging and discharging time and the daily driving behavior, etc;therefore the charging power and the discharging power of the electric vehicle is also random. As for the distribution network, with the large-scale access of the distributed generation and the electric vehicle, the negative influence of the randomness on the reliability of the distribution network is also increasing. At the same time, with the development and popularization of electric vehicle, charging station as the supporting infrastructure of electric vehicle energy supply, the location and capacity of charging station has great influence on the reliability of distribution network.Aiming at the above problems,in this paper the research mainly focuses on the reliability of distribution network. In view of the volatility of the output power of distributed generation, establish the output power probability model by using Latin hypercube sampling method, according to the probability distribution, the output state that obeys the probability distribution is generated; Then, combined with the islanding load reduction model, the network topology analysis and sequential Monte Carlo simulation are used to evaluate the influence of distributed generation on the reliability of distribution network under different output modes. On the premise of considering the daily mileage of electric vehicles, the starting time of random charging and the probability distribution of the electric vehicle charging and discharging time under the V2G model,a probabilistic model for charging and discharging power of electric vehicle is established based on Latin hypercube sampling; In view of the characteristics of electric vehicle charging and discharging randomness,a reliability evaluation method for distribution system with electric vehicle is put forward based on Monte Carlo simulation, and analyzing the influence of the charging and discharging mode and the access location of electric vehicle on the reliability of distribution network. In the case of distributed power access to distribution network, considering the outage cost into the model of charging station planning, minimum the average annual cost and ASIDI as the optimization objective,an electric vehicle charging station planning model considering distribution network reliability is established, the improved multi-objective genetic algorithm with global optimization ability is used to solve the proposed model, and the optimal location and capacity of the charging station are determined.
