In recent years, installed wind power capacity is developing rapidly. However, the insufficient capacity of the system to absorb wind power leads to a great waste of resources. There are two main reasons for the difficulties in wind power consumption. One is the uncertainty of wind power output. The other one is that Chia’s wind power resources and load are in reverse distribution.Cross-district absorption is an important way to improve the absorption rate of wind power. However, the regional interconnection increases the dimension of the solution of the centralized optimization model, which makes the solution difficult In order to solve this problem, the decentralized and coordinated scheduling model is gradually applied to multi-region economic scheduling. In this paper, the economic scheduling problem of multi-region interconnection system is studied. The specific contents are as follows:Fistly,a centralized optimal dispatching model for interconnected sytems considering the uncertainty of wind power output is established. The uncertainty of wind power output is described by fuzzy modeling method and a centralized optimal dispatching model considering power flow costraints is proposed based on DC power flow model. The model solves the problem of cross-region absrorption of wind power.Secondly,a decentralized and coordinated scheduling model for interconnected systems considering wind power uncertainty is established. The multi-region interconnected system is decomposed into several independent small systems by using the boundary node replication method and the centralized scheduling model of interconnected system is transformed into a decentralized coordination scheduling model based on the alternation direction multiplier method. In order to simply the problem, the fuzzy chance constraint is transformed into a clear equivalence constraint based on the creditability theory.A two region 78 node system is used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed models. The effectiveness of the alternative direction multiplier method is verified and the decentralized coordinated scheduling has obvious advantages in reducing the dimension of model solution,by comparing the two scheduling method, decentralized coordinated scheduling and centralized scheduling.Thirdly,in order to improve the system’s ability to absorb wind power, this paper proposes a cross-region economic dispatch model considering demand response, starting from the two aspects of local accommodation and cross-regional accommodation. The demand response is introduced into the economic dispatching of the interconnected systems, and the optimal dispatching scheme is obtained based on scheduling cost by using the optimization effect of the time of use electricity price and interruptible load on load.A simulation example of two region interconnection system is used to simulate the model. The optimized scheduling results of four scenarios are compared and the results show that the proposed strategy can not only promote the wind power consumption of the system, but also reduce the operation cost of the system.
