| Discharge fault detection is more and more necessary in the electric power,railway and other industries.The method of fault detection also is a hot topic.Ultraviolet imaging technology provides a direct and efficient diagnostic method for live detection in high voltage equipment discharge.In the development and application of ultraviolet imager,how to display and transmit the video collected by camera to the rear processing system,these problems have been paid more and more attention and studied.The key to the design of the whole ultraviolet imager is the interface and the protocol.the appropriate interface can make the equipment connected reliably and controlled and effectively.In view of this problem,this article has carried on the thorough research.According to the characteristics of the video transmission protocol and the display principle,firstly,this paper discussed the simulation experiment and designs the codec of BT.1120,so as to verify the feasibility of the visible video and ultraviolet video captured,Theexperimentprovide the direction for solving the design of the dual-channel video interface in the ultraviolet imager.This paper includes two aspects: hardware and software.In terms of hardware,STM32f101C8T6 was designed as the microcontroller,and the visible light and ultraviolet interface conversion board of ADV7513 chip was selected to complete video capture according to the BT.1120 and BT.656 protocols.Video acquisition of Sony industrial camera and ultraviolet camera was realized and video can transmit in the form of HDMI interface successfully.In terms of software,the camera control function can be realized through the design of Sony visca protocol and uv control protocol,and the functions of visible light camera such as focusing,denoising,and uv camera doubling and gain are realized.The design has successfully realized the screen cutting display function of visible video and ultraviolet video.Next,the dual-channel video was connected to the hisiplatform,and QT graphical interface was designed in the Linux system to display the video and control the visual function of the camera cradle.Finally,the design of the video interface protocol imager was completed in the ultraviolet,and the feasibility of the video interface protocol was verified.The processing of the video interface has great significance in the localization of the high sensitivity UV imager. |
