The rapid development of logistics technology drives the growth of all aspects of society.The power grid,as the leader of energy enterprises,directly affects the national economy.The storage and distribution of power grid enterprises has a great impact on the operation,maintenance,construction and transformation,etc.The power grid materials play an increasingly important role in the process of power construction,production,sales and transportation.With the increasing scale of power grid,the complexity of power grid logistics is increasing.Different from conventional materials,electric materials have higher requirements on storage environment,transportation mode and aging.The bad natural environment and the remote area transportation inconvenience and other factors,to the transportation,storage and distribution of power supplies bring great challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the power logistics network nodes to improve the timeliness and efficiency of power logistics and reduce the logistics costs and emissions.For a provincial power grid company,its logistics network has a three-level or four-level structure,including the material center at the provincial level,the material warehouse at the prefecture-level power supply bureau,the material warehouse at the county-level power supply bureau and the material warehouse at the township power supply office.To reduce costs,many provinces set up county-level warehouses instead of township warehouses.In each level of logistics network,the size and number of nodes are different,and even the types of materials needed and the distribution methods are different.Therefore,it is necessary to classify and optimize the logistics network nodes in order to improve the comprehensive benefits of the power logistics network nodes.To solve the above problem,firstly,the electric power enterprise logistics demand and the status quo considered to analyze the development direction of the electric power enterprise logistics,logistics cost,logistics efficiency and logistics process of carbon emissions,which are the objective function established based on the mathematical model of the power grid company logistics network nodes.Improved Particle swarm Algorithm(Improved Particle Optimization Algorithm,IPSO)has carried on the classification to electric power logistics network nodes optimization study,based on the required shortest path,the path of the logistics network for power distribution is optimized to improve the logistics timeliness.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm,an example for the analysis of a province electric power`s logistics network and node is conducted.The results show that the proposed algorithm for the analysis of multi-level logistics network nodes has better comprehensive performance,including lower costs,carbon emissions and higher logistics limitation.
