The problem of environmental pollution caused by excessive consumption of primary energy and the problem of shortage of primary energy caused are becoming more and more serious,and solving the problem of sustainable development of energy has become an important issue in the energy field today.The reform of the Chinese electricity market provides a good policy environment for optimizing the energy consumption structure.Demand response technology has played an important role in the electricity market reform.As an emerging market entity,load aggregators play an important role in the participation of small and medium-sized users in the demand response process,and also ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.With the advancement of electric vehicle technology and the decline of power battery costs,the market share of electric vehicles continues to increase,and the power batteries of electric vehicles are naturally flexible loads,making electric vehicles become load aggregators in the process of participating in demand response.High-quality demand corresponding resources.The electric vehicle load has the characteristics of flexible adjustment and can provide auxiliary services for the system after aggregation.It is a high-quality demand response resource.The electric vehicle load aggregator came into being.How to effectively use the policy environment of China’s power market reform to aggregate scattered electric vehicle loads to participate in power market transactions and participate in auxiliary services of the power grid to obtain benefits is a problem that new-type business operators such as load aggregators want to solve.However,the current domestic research on electric vehicle load as a demand response resource to participate in the power market is still in its infancy,and the problem needs to be solved urgently.The purpose of this article is to explore the optimal time-of-use electricity price strategy for electric vehicle load aggregators to promote the development of electric vehicles and the electricity market.The main work content and study results of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the development status of demand response,electric vehicle load aggregators,ancillary services,and time-of-use electricity prices was sorted out,and the advantages of electric vehicles participating in the demand response and ancillary service markets were analyzed.Second,peak-valley equal-time electricity prices based on cluster analysis were established.Divide the model and use the cluster analysis method to divide the load in one day into three periods of peak and valley;establish a time-of-use electricity price model of the electric vehicle load aggregation quotient taking into account the peak shaving assistance service,and solve the time period of each period through the chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm Time-of-use electricity price;again,introducing the concept of user satisfaction,establishing a time-of-use electricity price model for electric vehicle load aggregator considering user satisfaction,and solving chaotic particle swarm algorithm to obtain time-of-use electricity price for electric vehicle load aggregator considering user satisfaction,Finally,through example analysis,it is concluded that the peak-to-valley electricity price after considering user satisfaction is 0.9135,0.3159,and0.4683 yuan / k Wh,respectively.The paper compares and analyzes the time-sharing electricity price of the load aggregator that takes into account the peak shaving auxiliary services and user satisfaction,and draws the time-sharing electricity price that is beneficial to the development of the business of the electric vehicle load aggregator.Provide a basis for the operation and decision-making of electric vehicle load aggregators in the future.
