With the deepening of the domestic electricity market reform,demand response technology has achieved more and more attention.As the main implementer of the demand response project,the load aggregator has also achieved great opportunities of development.In the open electricity market,the load aggregator can purchase and sell electricity on the market side and provide compensation to get load reduction to influence the market real-time electricity price on the user side.The purpose of the paper is to solve the problem of how to reduce the market price by controlling the interruptible load,select the optimal time to interrupt the load,and make the maximum benefit as target to optimize and seek the optimal compensation price and call strategy.First,electricity price in the market is an important signal,it has a very important role in guiding the load integrator's behavior.The paper constructed a electricity price forecasting model for different load scenarios to predict the market price.Based on the real-time electricity price of DEOK area in the PJM market in the United States in 2016,the distribution law of electricity price in different seasons in the power market is analyzed.Based on this,the of electricity price forecasting model with BP neural network algorithm is established.Relating examples shows that it can forecast the price better and provide the basis for the decision of load aggregator.Then,The revenue of the load aggregator is mainly affected by the real-time price of the market and the cost of the interruptible load compensation.In order to increase the income of the load integrator,it is necessary to reduce the real-time electricity price at the time of buying electricity and reduce the compensation cost of the interruptible load.Due to the strong subjectivity of the load on the user side,we introduce the compensated function of the interruptible load user based on Weber-Fechner Law,and propose the full-time load aggregator profit model.For the load aggregator in different months,different situations,to provide decision-making recommendations of selecting the optimal compensation price and calling the interruptible load plan,so that the load aggregator can get most profit.The results show that the model can give the optimal compensation call strategy for the load aggregator in various situations.
