| Respiratory diseases in children have always been one of the common diseases in children,and it is very easy to cause complications such as colds,fever,asthma,and breathing difficulties.In addition to the increasing environmental pollution in recent years,children’s respiratory diseases have become the number one cause of children’s visits.Atomization therapy has become the main method in the treatment of children’s respiratory diseases due to its painless and high-efficiency characteristics.However,the existing medical atomization products for children pay more attention to function and technology,and take less consideration of children’s physiological and psychological peculiarities and user experience needs.There are fewer products suitable and dedicated atomizers for children,which leads to poor experience of atomization,low compliance with medical treatment,and affects the effectiveness of treatment of children’s diseases.In order to shorten the development and design cycle of children’s atomizer products,improve user’s experience of atomization treatment and satisfaction with children’s medical atomizers,and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of children’s atomization treatment,the article focuses on product functions that affect children’s experience of atomization treatment Research on the field.The main research contents include:(1)Analyze the user experience process of using the atomizer based on the user experience theory,learn in detail the product factors that affect the user experience through literature research,field investigation and observation,and related user interviews,collect and analyze user characteristics and potential needs of users for medical atomizers for children.(2)Use the analytic hierarchy process to summarize the user’s multi-level experience demand indicators for children’s medical atomizers,and systemize and hierarchize the demand indicators to build a hierarchical model of children’s medical atomizer design demand indicators.(3)Based on multiple rounds of questionnaire evaluations by the expert group,using analytic hierarchy process and SPSS software to quantify user demand indicators,calculate the weight value of each demand indicator,and determine the importance and priority order of each indicator factor.(4)Combining the product pain points obtained from the research and analysis of existing atomizer products,comprehensively obtain the design optimization direction of children’s medical atomizers and propose optimization strategies,and then apply them to the optimization design practice of children’s medical atomizers.(5)Finally,use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the user satisfaction of the design plan to verify the feasibility of the design method and design plan.In summary,the subject is designed and researched on the user experience of children’s medical atomizers.Based on user experience theory,the user experience needs are investigated and analyzed,and the analytic hierarchy process and multi-round Delphi method are combined to construct user demand indicators for children’s medical atomizers.Hierarchical model and quantified demand indicators,combined with user demand prioritization and existing product pain points to propose optimal design strategies.The hierarchical model fully considers the user’s multi-level experience needs,and can provide a reference for the user experience evaluation and development and design of subsequent children’s medical atomizer products.In the subsequent development and optimization of children’s medical atomizer products,based on comprehensive consideration of multiple demand factors in the hierarchical model,several major demand factors in the optimization design strategy can be considered to make the product more suitable for user needs. |
