Prefabricated shear wall has the advantages of fast construction,green environmental protection and resource saving,etc.It conforms to the green and sustainable development path of China’s construction industry and has a wide range of engineering application prospects.The horizontal joint connection of precast wallboard is the critical to realize the effective transmission of force and ensure the integrity of the structure.Therefore,it has certain theoretical significance and great engineering application potential for the seismic research on the horizontal joint structure of prefabricated shear wall.Based on the existing construction details of precast shear wall joint structure,the edge cast-in-place component + horizontal seam set shear reinforcement sleeve pulp anchor connection/steel sleeve anchor connection types of prefabricated panel assembly were put forward,and the shear connection layout was considered to design two specimens of new sleeve anchor connection prefabricated shear wall were considered,two specimens of new steel connection shear wall and one specimen of cast-in-place shear wall with full scale specimen to test under lateral cycle load.According to the experimental phenomena and test data,the effects of shear connection types and its layout on hysteretic performance,bearing capacity,lateral stiffness,seismic energy dissipation and ductility,and failure pattern of the precast assembled shear wall specimens were analyzed.Furthermore,the finite element software ABAQUS was utilized to simulate the TT-1 of a new type of precast shear wall specimen connected with quill slurry anchor,and the results were compared with the test results to verify the feasibility of the ABAQUS simulation.The results show that :(1)the failure modes of all specimens are bent-shear type;(2)shear connector was designed in edge members of the assembly specimen can better meet“strong edge constraint” to enhance the integrity of the specimen structure,hence its bearing capacity is high,the hysteretic curve is full,and the mechanical properties are closer to the cast-in-place specimens;(3)the specimen with standard steel section connectors has better seismic ductility than that with the quill-anchored connectors;(4)the skeleton curve of the simulated specimen fits well with the experimental skeleton curve,which verifies the rationality of the numerical simulation model in this paper and provides a foundation for the further research.
