Against the background of national efforts to promote construction industrialization and housing industrialization,prefabricated shear wall structures with fast construction speed,high degree of industrialization,strong control of construction quality and environmental protection characteristics have rapidly gained the attention of the market.In recent years,China has been vigorously promoting prefabricated buildings,thus effectively promoting the development of new buildings.At present,most of the connections between prefabricated members in China are reinforced sleeve grouting connections.However,this connection has high requirements for grouting compactness,concrete operation and other aspects.Metal corrugated pipe with large aperture,and has more convenient operation method and its technology,a large radial stiffness,can for reinforcing bar tension caused by the external damaged good inhibitory effect of the concrete,and for the destruction of the external concrete play a protective role,so that they can improve the connection performance.In this paper,the ABQUS finite element software simulation method is used to analyze and study the performance of assembled shear walls with 9 shear walls with different parameters,including key parameters such as axial compression ratio,aspect ratio and vertical reinforcement spacing.The results show that:With the increase of axial compression ratio,the friction force at concrete cracks is increased,and the bite force in concrete aggregate is also improved to a certain extent,so that sliding between concrete blocks is not easy to occur,which will inhibit the further diffusion of cracks.The bearing capacity of the shear wall connected with the new type of assembled slurry anchor increases with the increase of axial compression ratio,but the deformation capacity decreases gradually.With the increase of axial compression ratio,the influence of axial compression ratio on the deformation capacity of shear wall increases.However,considering the adverse effect of the increase of axial compression ratio on the deformation capacity of shear wall,the limit of axial compression ratio should not be too high.The finite element analysis of two new-type shear walls with different height and width ratios shows that when the height and width are relatively small,the shear failure occurs and oblique cracks run through the wall.As the aspect ratio gradually increases,the specimen begins to undergo bending-shear failure,and then the horizontal cracks begin to increase.When the aspect ratio increases again,the specimen gradually develops to the bending failure.By comparing the shear walls connected by the new type of constrained slurry anchor with different aspect ratios,it is found that the increase of aspect ratio will make the deformation performance of the shear walls worse,but the ductility coefficient changes between 3.2% and4.5%,so the aspect ratio of the connectors has little influence on the ductility performance of the shear walls.Under the condition of the same aspect ratio and axial compression ratio,reducing the number of vertical bars on the shear wall with the new type of constrained slurry anchor bond will not significantly reduce the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the shear wall.Therefore,the number of vertically distributed bars can be reasonably reduced in the design,so as to save materials,improve construction efficiency and reduce engineering cost.
