| Scoliosis is becoming more common in adolescents and young children.Since the patient is at the peak of growth and development,if not treated in time,the Angle of Cobb is gradually increased by 2°-5° every year,which seriously affects the heart and lung of the patient and even endangers the life of the patient.At present,the treatment of scoliosis can be divided into two categories: surgical treatment and conservative treatment.The surgical treatment mainly includes the treatment of adolescent scoliosis with internal instruments,which has little restriction on patients’ movement and can greatly ensure the healthy growth of the spine.However,it is easy to cause complications and greatly harm the body of immature patients.At present,the treatment idea for adolescents and children patients is to improve their lateral bending Angle,vital capacity and pain,and then to prevent damage to heart and lung function.After the growing period,surgery should be performed on them.Conservative treatment mainly includes plaster external mold and braces.Braces need to be customized according to the patient’s posture,and are expensive compared with plaster mold correction.At present,plaster mold is widely used to correct scoliosis in patients in China.In this paper,it was found that the manufacturing process of plaster external mold was time-consuming and laborious for doctors,which greatly wasted medical resources.In order to reduce the workload of doctors and improve the working efficiency of spinal correction,this paper designed and developed a multi-functional spinal correction operating table according to the requirements of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,aiming to provide assistance for the spinal correction work of doctors.The main contents are as follows:(1)Set up a conceptual design model for the multi-functional spine console by integrating multiple innovative design theories such as TRIZ theory,FBS functional model,fuzzy hierarchical analysis and genetic algorithm;The model is used to guide the design process of multifunctional spine correction console.Firstly,user needs are summarized and fuzzy cluster analysis is used to make qualitative analysis on the demand of multi-functional spine correction console.Provide guidance for subsequent design.Through the conceptual design model,the contradictions and technical problems in the process of product design are analyzed,and reasonable and feasible solutions are obtained.Finally,the morphological matrix of the product composition mechanism is established,and the product design scheme that meets the designer’s requirements is obtained by combining genetic algorithm and fuzzy AHP.(2)The product design scheme does not consider the compatibility between institutions.Based on the actual production and use requirements,the multi-functional spine correction console is designed in detail.According to ergonomics,the mechanism parameters were determined,and a multifunctional spine correction console was built to fit the human body size.Soldeggo,a 3d modeling software,is used for digital modeling.The lifting mechanism to establish a mathematical model,the use of MATLAB target optimization,the establishment of the target in accordance with the structural parameters.By analyzing and calculating the relevant parameters of the belt supporting device,the selection standard of the belt and the structural parameters of the slider are obtained.The stability coefficient method is used to check the stability of the operation table.(3)The self-locking test analysis of the self-locking device with the cloth on the multi-functional spine correction operating table was conducted to obtain the best self-locking mechanism slider position to verify the strength of the parts of the mechanism.The stress cloud map of each component is obtained for the lifting mechanism and frame under the lifting function condition to verify the strength of the lifting mechanism and ensure the safety of the equipment.According to the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university in the usage of this product feedback,multi-function spinal corrective work station is a doctor in the process of the gypsum spinal scoliosis patients with orthodontic treatment provides the beneficial help,reduce the work intensity of the doctors,improve the doctor treatment engineering of convenience,according to the new gypsum mould process,increased the gypsum mould quality,corrective scoliosis patients with the gypsum mould,the effect is better. |
