The Product Design Of Cervical Spine Massagers Based On The Multidimensional User Need Model

Cervical spine massagers are increasingly favored due to the advantages of unrestricted use environment,simple operation and good therapeutic effect.The cervical spine treatment device must possess pleasantness and affinity.But most companies still meet the functional requirements and ignore the psychological demands and emotional needs.According to user needs to complete the design to make up for the shortcomings of existing cervical spine treatment instrument products.Firstly,a key user demand model construction method combining the global human interface elements(HIEs)deconstruction and Kano model analysis has been proposed.Based on the deconstruction of HIEs,a multi-dimensional design feature space was established.Through factor analysis and multiple linear regression,the key user demand factors and their weight ranking that affect the overall satisfaction of the design were obtained.Combining the Kano model and questionnaire survey method,the type of key user needs were established and the ergonomic product design was proposed.eeds were determined and ergonomic product design was proposed.After analyzing the key user needs based on the treatment principle and TRIZ,reasonable solutions and design concepts were proposed to guide the innovative design of the cervical spine treatment instrument.Finally,in order to confirm the research value and significance of the paper,two calculation methods of fuzzy evaluation method were adopted to ensure the objectivity and rationality of the evaluation results.The global HIEs deconstruction method has been introduced into multi-dimensional user requirements to obtain a user demand innovation model based on HIEs / Kano / TRIZ.The innovative design of the cervical spine treatment instrument using this model has achieved the improvement of the pleasantness,comfort and intelligence of the product,reducing the difficulty of operation and satisfying the user's deep and multi-angle demands.
