As a kind of road machinery,planer has been widely used in road maintenance and construction.The performance of the milling machine working device-mill drum has an important influence on the working level of the planer.In this paper,the design,simulation analysis and reliability test of the fast-changing tool base of the milling drum are carried out,the parameters of tool installation are calculated and the simulation analysis is carried out,the design ideas and distribution maps of the cutting drum tool line are given based on the cutting theory,and the samples are tested and tested according to the design scheme.First of all,on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the milling drum quick change tool base,this paper designs the structure of the quick change tool base,and establishes the simulation model,verifies the validity of the simulation model by loading the real load in kind,obtains the key parameter factors affecting performance and life according to the force analysis results,selects different parameters for each factor to simulate,obtains the optimal parameter value,tries and designs the test scheme,verifies the reliability of the design tool base.Then,the installation parameters of a single tool are determined,the motion and force of a single tool are analyzed,the optimal tool mounting angle is obtained by LSDYNA simulation,the lateral inclination is obtained by theoretical calculation combined with the experience range,and the feasibility of the design is verified by using LS-DYNA simulation calculation.Determine the main tool and edge knife scheduling scheme,design and draw the best tool scheduling unfold and design verification of the design results.Finally,complete the independent design milling drum sample trial production;the site test scheme is designed for the pilot milling drum sample and the special test and condition test are carried out.Through the study and analysis of noise,vibration,cutting effect,throwing effect,road surface flatness and other dimension test results.The validity of the design is verified.
