Research On Risk Management Of Expressway Project Based On PPP Mode

According to the rapid development of expressway construction in China,the PPP model of public-private cooperation can actively introduce social resources to the government,transfer capital risk,improve the operation efficiency of expressway projects,and speed up the healthy development of Expressway project construction in China.Considering the general characteristics of expressway projects based on PPP model,the construction and construction of the whole project will face a variety of complex risk factors in the process of operation completion,and how to effectively manage the key to whether the risk can be successful.Based on the Literature survey and questionnaire survey,this paper studies the risk Management of Expressway project based on PPP model.Firstly,the risk of Expressway project based on PPP mode is determined.Secondly,through the feedback of the questionnaire,the key factors of highway project risk evaluation based on PPP model are determined.Including five main indexes and 12 sub-indicators,according to fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the fuzzy complementarity matrix is established,and the risk evaluation model of expressway project based on PPP mode is constructed.Thirdly,the risk sharing model of Expressway project based on PPP mode is constructed.Finally,using a expressway project in Tianjin as an example,the empirical study of risk management theory is based on the study of risk sharing and control of the main influencing factors of expressway project under PPP model.This not only strengthens the management consciousness and overall decision-making in the process of private investment,decision making and risk scientific management of expressway projects under PPP mode,but also provides valuable reference and reference for the construction of expressway projects based on PPP model.
