| During the use of asphalt pavement,the asphalt film on the surface will gradually fall off,the asphalt will gradually age,the performance of the asphalt mixture will gradually decrease,and the micro-cracks or gaps in the mixture will cause water damage on the asphalt pavement,resulting in more serious diseases.,causing road damage.In view of these potential engineering hazards,the concept of preventive maintenance measures is proposed.Preventive maintenance is to adjust the existing traffic conditions of the road,such as water permeability and friction coefficient,under normal road load carrying capacity.Cost-effective maintenance strategy[1].This is a technique for delaying road damage and maintaining or improving the existing conditions of the road without improving the load carrying capacity of the road structure.Commonly used preventive maintenance is micro-surface,slurry seal,fog seal,cover,and the like.Due to the construction technology and the nature of the material itself,the traditional fog seal layer tends to cause the road surface to be less slippery after curing,and the road surface is too bright,resulting in reflection,and the durability of the fog seal layer material is weak and the use time is short.The surface of the pavement after the micro-surfacing is rough,the driving noise is large;the local appearance is poor;the construction is limited by the site,and the quality control is difficult.There are many defects in the maintenance of thin-layer coverings,such as long construction period,high construction conditions,high energy consumption,and poor curing effect.This paper intends to develop a super-surface material that can overcome the above shortcomings,has stronger durability,can maintain the curing effect for a long time,and has excellent anti-sliding performance and low construction conditions.Firstly,the road traffic conditions and road surface usage patterns in Tianjin were investigated and analyzed,and the applicable conditions of the super-meters were proposed.According to the applicable conditions of the super-sealing layer,the material compatibility was studied,the material specifications were determined,and the material mix ratio was determined through experiments.The construction effect was simulated by different manual scraping amount by outdoor;finally,the test section was paved with special construction equipment,and some characteristics of the super-surface sealing material were summarized through some changes before and after the road construction and the follow-up inspection.The research results show that the super The table is a good preventive maintenance material,and it is a good maintenance strategy for the corresponding project. |
