Study On The Optimization Strategy Of The Old Town Street Space In Chongqing’s Main Urban Area Under The Concept Of ’Rambling Walk’

With the development of China’s urbanization,urban renewal in the past has caused many social problems.Nowadays,the concept of "people-oriented" urban renewal is becoming a new trend.In modern cities,interpersonal communication has become an indispensable social activity in daily life.Urban space is the material carrier for people to realize their needs and an important part of urban life.As one of the important urban public spaces,street space is also becoming an active concern of the academic community and urban construction workers.The concept of "Rambling walk" emphasizes people-oriented,taking pedestrian traffic as the core of behavior,and constructing urban space environment with comfortable,leisure and healthy modern urban humanistic characteristics and psychological behavior habits.Under the guidance of the concept of "Rambling walk",establishing the relationship between human and material space environment,stimulating the vitality of space environment and reshaping interpersonal relationship,and it can make a positive and effective attempt to build a sustainable urban environment.Taking humanism as the premise and improving the urban physical space environment as the goal.Firstly,the relevant theories are sorted out to build the theoretical research foundation of the concept of "Rambling walk";Secondly,combining with the current domestic and foreign research status,the relevant experience is summarized,and the breakthrough point of theoretical research is established;Thirdly,Taking the old urban area of Chongqing as an example,this paper expounds its development process,summarizes its spatial types and characteristics,analyzes its influencing factors,and establishes the research scope and basis;Fourth,Based on the guiding principle of "walking around",this paper investigates and analyzes the spatial structure,spatial characteristics and cultural environment of tanzishi new street from two aspects of material space and cultural environment.Based on the concept of "diffuse travel",three control elements are deduced,including residents’ demands,space design guidance and street space vitality.Finally,based on the actual problems and control elements,the framework system of street space optimization in the old city of Chongqing is set up,and the ideal theoretical space model of "Rambling walk" old city is proposed.In the urban meso planning and control level,starting with the design of traffic system,the paper puts forward corresponding optimization strategies for traffic system,block network and pedestrian facilities;at the level of urban micro space design,starting from the renewal of functional space,it puts forward the optimization strategy of perfect space system,diversified function setting,humanization and green sustainable construction;at the construction management level,it puts forward the following optimization strategies In order to ensure the implementation of street space optimization and guide the development direction of urban street space under the concept of "diffuse travel",the organization construction of the upper part is the way and the optimization strategy of regional culture continuation is used to make a comprehensive evaluation on the overall existing environment.Finally,the paper discusses the implementation process of street space under the concept of "Rambling walk".In general,the purpose of this paper is to build a street space system under the concept of "Rambling walk",create a diversified urban street space environment,create a comfortable and safe walking system,and create a space atmosphere with leisure and vitality,so that urban residents can enjoy a more ideal living environment,and provide ideas and reference for the transformation and renewal of old urban areas in other areas.
