Large-span steel structure is a new type of structure widely used in the field of engineering technology,but there is still no perfect system in the field of long-span steel structure monitoring up to now.The thesis takes Baotou stadium as the object to study the design of structural health monitoring system,which mainly includes the following aspects:Through finite element simulation analysis,grasp the Baotou Stadium main truss of the internal force distribution of the upper steel structure,namely: from the point of view of bar stress,four classes in the main truss chord stress distribution,stress of the vault area of upper chord level is relatively high,at the ends of the main arch of bottom chord in the area of stress level is higher,and the integrity of the bending moments on the main arch.The maximum bending moment occurs on both sides of the main arch.This region is also an area of structural disease,and from the appearance analysis,the phenomenon of disease is consistent with the characteristics of instability and failure.The organizational structure of the health monitoring system: Described the setting position and determination basis of strain monitoring point and temperature monitoring point.The processing and calculation methods of monitoring data are introduced in detail,including median filtering and superposition processing of original strain data,processing method of obtaining temperature strain for rod material,calculation method of real stress of rod,calculation method of axial force and bending moment,and judgment basis of stability of rod.Because of the structure has been put into use,so the bar within the existing absolute stress size has not directly measured,so this article is calculated using the finite element model of simulation is used to obtain structure under the weight of the internal stress of each bar will be the structure of finite element to calculate the initial state of stress and the measured data for reasonable superposition of finally obtaining the existing true stress.The paper describes the working process of the testing system and the monitoring plan in the later period,explains and analyzes the monitoring results obtained by the system,including the curve of stress changing with temperature of the bar and the checking results of the bar stability requirements.The results shows that the initial stress level inside the bar in different areas and the stress change rule in the process of temperature change are significantly different,Local members are bent and a bar with stress exceeding limit and stability requirements no longer meet the design requirements is founded.In this article,through the study of health monitoring of the actual project of Baotou Stadium,in the structure of finite element simulation,the selection of monitoring sites,software and hardware debugging and installation as well as the post-processing program development from several aspects such as the practical value of the conclusions and results,monitoring for expansion of the follow-up monitoring work and the final conclusion that provides comprehensive technical support and theoretical basis of science.
