As a general purpose equipment,reciprocating Piston Air compressor(abbreviated as air compressor)are widely used in the shipping industry.The vibration and noise pollute the environment greatly,especially the new International Convention puts forward higher requirements for the vibration and noise reduction,shock resistance and reliability of the Marine Air compressor.So it is necessary and practical to study the technology of reducing vibration and noise.In this paper,the 0.17-8 type reciprocating Piston air compressor with 90 angle between two cylinders produced by Shanghai Jaguar Compressor Manufacturing Co..Firstly,the whole research object is modeled by PROE 3D solid model.Secondly,the model is imported into the ANSYS Workbench system for Modal Analysis and Harmonic Response Analysis.After the dynamic calculation is completed,the transient dynamic analysis is carried out under the load of the Combined Piston Force.The results provide necessary support for the design and selection of vibration isolator,and make the vibration isolation effect of vibration isolator remarkable.Then the noise spectrum of the air intake is measured,and the depth of the theoretical data is analyzed.Finally,a muffler is designed to reduce the suction noise to a certain extent.This paper is mainly divided into two parts.The first part is the vibration analysis and isolator design.This part clearly describes the process and results of three-dimensional solid modeling,modal analysis,Harmonic Response Analysis,dynamic calculation and transient dynamic analysis of air compressor.Then the vibration isolator is designed and installed,and the vibration isolation effect is found to be good.The second part is the muffler design part.Firstly,the noise spectrum of the air intake is measured.Then the muffler is designed.Finally,the theoretical muffler effect is verified and the muffler effect is found to be good.Hope that through the research of this paper,the future can be applied to the ship.It has important practical significance and value to solve the problem of vibration and noise in ship engine room.
