| At present,the degree of aging in China continues to deepen,and the proportion of disabled,semi-disabled and empty-nest elderly is also increasing year by year,resulting in an increasing demand for long-term care for the elderly.Under the current situation of extreme shortage of professional nursing staff,how to make the elderly and patients who cannot take care of themselves enjoy more professional nursing and care is a problem that the social pension and social security system needs to solve urgently.The study of existing nursing beds has received extensive attention and application in related fields,but the large multi-function is simple and far from meeting the daily nursing needs of patients.In view of the above problems,this article studies and designs a smart wheelchair bed that integrates multiple functions,including the integrated conversion function of bed and chair,the function of flexible adjustment of posture,a complete two-handed treatment system and an anti-ulcer device.Firstly,referring to the relevant national industry standards,and for the analysis of market demand,the overall structure of the smart wheelchair bed was designed,and the specific dimensions of the main components and related institutions were determined.Completed the structural and functional design of the back-lifting mechanism,the leg-curving mechanism and the left-right turning mechanism with multiple shear forks.The 3D modeling of the structure was completed with Solidworks software.The angle meets the design requirements,and there is no abrupt change in angular velocity and angular acceleration,which verifies the stability and feasibility of the kinematic mechanism that meets the pose transformation.The static analysis of the key components of the smart wheelchair bed,such as the leg-lifting unit,the multi-shear fork turning structure and the bottom frame,and the modal analysis of the bottom frame structure using the MSC.Patran & Nastran finite element analysis software were performed.Reasonable structural design and material selection.The overall stability of the smart wheelchair bed was checked to ensure the safety and stability of the structure.Optimized design of the back lifting leg structure and the bottom frame structure,while optimizing the structure and size on the premise of ensuring structural rigidity and stability,reducing the weight of the wheelchair bed and reducing manufacturingcosts.At the same time,the structural scheme of the anti-pressure ulcer device and the two-stool treatment system were designed,the flexible adjustment of the body’s pressure-prone parts was completed.The unity of multifunctionality and flexibility of intelligent wheelchair bed has been achieved. |
