Under the background of the increasing number of Left-behind elderly in China,the study of intelligent wheelchair bed has put forward a solution to help solve the domestic pension problem.Intelligent artificial service system is integrated into the daily family,so that the elderly can support themselves.Intelligent artificial service system has played a promoting role in solving the domestic pension problem.Intelligent wheelchair bed is a nursing bed designed for paralyzed bedridden patients or elderly people with inconvenience in movement,It fulfils the various needs of patients in daily life and increase the self-care ability of patients.Intelligent wheelchair bed should be able to switch freely between bed and wheelchair.Intelligent wheelchair bed should meet the needs of patients in various positions and postures,including rollover,leg flexion,back lifting and so on.Based on kinematics and dynamics theory,This paper studies a rollover system with electric push rod as power component.The system focuses on the safety and comfort of rollover,so as to prevent a series of complications such as pressure sore caused by bloodstream.A set of two stool disposal system has been realized so that patients can defecate conveniently and comfortably in sitting or lying posture in bed.To use SolidWorks Motion and MATLAB,the kinematics and dynamics principles of the back-lifting and leg-bending mechanism are analyzed,which ensures that there will be no excessive speed change in the process of backlifting and leg-bending,and improves the comfort.Based on the analysis of rolling friction force on tire uphill,the motor power of wheelchair uphill is studied,and the guidance for motor type selection is put forward.We used SolidWorks Simulation to optimize the structure of wheelchair base frame,which reduces the weight of wheelchair base and improves the duration of wheelchair.We used SolidWorks to simulate the centroid position of the electric wheelchair in the recumbent and sitting postures.The stability of the electric wheelchair in each posture is analyzed to ensure that the wheelchair will not overturn when the posture changes.This paper explores the man-machine interaction between electric wheelchair and patients,and designs and simulates the navigation assistant system used in electric wheelchair at home under the environment of Matlab/Simulink.
