| With the development of highways from heavy construction to construction,the various diseases of cement concrete pavements have become increasingly prominent,which puts higher requirements on the frost resistance,wear resistance and durability of cement concrete pavements.It is necessary to study the mechanical properties of cement concrete to improve the service life of cement concrete.The limestone ore powder produced by limestone in the production process is industrial waste.If a certain amount of limestone ore powder can be added to the cement concrete pavement,the frost resistance and durability of the pavement can be improved,and the industrial waste can be used as a treasure.That will have a lot of market application space.With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s environmental awareness,the application of limestone ore fines as concrete admixtures in highway engineering is increasing,but in the process of use,the rational use of limestone ore fines is still used.Further research is needed.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the mechanical properties of limestone ore fines concrete,so that it can be better applied to highway engineering projects.By setting the amount of silicon powder and fly ash to be certain,after incorporating different amounts of limestone ore powder,the compressive strength,frost resistance and durability of concrete can be tested.The test results show that the application of limestone ore as a concrete admixture in cement pavement,if the amount of limestone ore powder is 10%,the concrete has the lowest mass loss,the best antifreeze performance,the best compressive strength,and the resistance.The folding strength is optimal and the durability is good.Therefore,the mechanical properties of concrete with a limestone ore powder content of 10% are the best,and industrial waste can be effectively utilized to reduce environmental pollution.It is worth further promotion and in-depth study. |
