With the gradual increase of the market demand of the work platform,enterprises need safety in production,as well as the pursuit of high production efficiency and low production cost,this paper developed a safe,efficient,lightweight,cheap and high-quality self-mobile work platform.In this paper,the liftable auto-movable work platform is taken as the research object.And it is applied in the assembly line of a certain type of marine diesel engine.According to its structural characteristics,design and manufacturing methods,use functions to carry out systematic and comprehensive design and related research.And also we do this work in combination with modern design theories and methods.The lift platform car can be used for assembly line of manufacturing enterprises,logistics storage and transportation of warehousing and logistics enterprises,and aerial operation and maintenance of enterprises.It is a kind of lifting machinery equipment with convenient operation.The platform has the characteristics of stable structure,flexible movement,smooth lifting,easy operation and satisfying the requirements of load.Combined with the above design requirements and design content,this paper completed the following main work:Firstly,the frame structure of the lifting platform which plays a supporting role is designed,and the structural dimensions,materials and connection processing methods of the upper and bottom supporting frame structures are determined.On the basis of structural design,the strength,stiffness and stability of frame structure are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software.Secondly,the lifting mechanism used in the platform is analyzed,and the selection calculation of the screw lifting reducer for lifting is completed according to the operating conditions.at the same time,the strength and life of the relevant important parts are checked.According to the specific structural requirements,the frame structure and the related connection modes are designed,and the finite element analysis and structural stability analysis are carried out.Thirdly,on the basis of the selection of the driving device,a three-dimensional solid model of the whole machine is established by combining the three-dimensional Creo software.The model provides a basis for the finite element analysis of the relevant parts of the whole machine and the dynamic simulation analysis of the whole machine.On the basis of forming a three-dimensional model,the size of the relevant matching is checked and analyzed,and the related CAD engineering drawings are generated.Finally,the three-dimensional model generated by Creo software is imported into Recurdyn software to set up the virtual model.On this basis,the connection of lifting mechanism,wheel moving device and the setting of motion pairs are completed.In the end the model of the platform is established.After setting the relevant parameters,the platform lifting process and the platform moving process are simulated and analyzed.So the ideal parameter combination is obtained.At the same time the working state of the equipment is simulated,which provides reliable simulation test data for the equipment manufacturing.
