The traction power of the AC drive passenger electric locomotive,represented by hxd1 d and hxd3 d,reaches 7200 kw,which can meet the requirements of 160 km / h running speed when the ramp is less than 12 ‰.In order to meet the traction requirements(such as Daxi line,Lanxin line and other passenger dedicated lines)under the conditions of multi curve and 30 ‰ ramp,and to meet the requirements of good acceleration ability of the train during the operation of the line,the traction system needs to have good dynamic performance and vehicle power reserve,fxd3 electric locomotive came into beingThe single axle power of fxd3 type eight axle AC drive passenger electric locomotive is 1400 k W.The locomotive is composed of two four axle single cab locomotives.The on-board network control system based on TCN,IEC,ECN and other standards is adopted,which can realize multiple operation modes such as locomotive fixed coupling,push-pull marshalling,etc.,and meet the needs of domestic long transportation lines,large traffic volume and high-speed passenger transportation.This paper introduces the optimization design of some links in the electrical system of fxd3 locomotive.On the basis of harmonious series electric locomotives,the main circuit,auxiliary circuit,grounding detection circuit and network control of locomotives are studied.The test results show that the electrical system of fxd3 electric locomotive can meet the expected design and application requirements.At the same time,some problems in locomotive test and operation are analyzed and optimized.
