| Direct power grid-connection of electric vehicles(EV)makes no contribution to achieve the low-carbon electric power in its true sense,furthermore,the security and economic operation of the power system is impacted or even challenged by the disordered charging of large-scale electric vehicles.However,the microgrid-connection of EV via battery charging-swapping station(BCSS)to locally accommodate the electric power generated by renewable energy sources and combining BCSS with energy storage station(ESS)to constitute charging-swapping-storage integrated station(CSSIS)that is taken as the energy storage system for the microgrid,which can alleviate the negative integration impacts of EV on microgrid operation,and reduce the carbon emission,meanwhile the adjustable capacity of energy storage system can be increased.To compensate the uncertainty of the demand and the intermittency of the renewable energy resources,an economic optimization model based on chance constrained programming is proposed,in which satisfying the reserve demand under a certain confidence level is taken as the reliability constraint.The uncertainty problem in the microgrid is formulated as the reserve capacity probability model.The output of the charging-swapping-storage integrated station and the fuel cell is optimized based on peak-valley TOU price,furthermore,the interchange power of the tie line is determined.The probability objective function of the model is to minimize the microgrid virtual operation cost in each period.The simulation results show that the effect of the different confidence level on the microgrid operation cost and the active/reactive power of the microgrid.Considering the constant charging/discharging power requirement of the power battery,the TOU price and the battery swapping demand,to schedule coordination BCSS and ESS in CSSIS and optimal the charging/discharging power of the battery,the sliding window method is exploited to adjust the state of BCSS in each time window,the excess power is undertaken by ESS,therefore,the operation environment of BCSS is more stable and the adjustable capacity of ESS is more flexible.The simulation show that the scheduling scheme for BCSS at various intervals and the optimizing results of the power battery.Finally,considering the practical significance of the research topic,a microgrid containing CSSIS energy optimization platform based on Matlab GUI is constructed,which provides a good foundation for the improvement of the energy management system of mricogrid,furthermore,the platform provides the technical support for the V2 G and B2 G interactive technologies,and to lay the foundation for the coordinated development of the EV and the power grid. |
