Microgrid is an important part of smart grid,and it is the basis of the energy Internet concept implementation.As an important secondary energy,electric power has the advantages of cleanness,efficiency and conveniency.In the microgrid,through transmission and utilization on the form of electricity,renewable energy can ease the shortage of oil,coal and other primary energy resources effectively,and avoid environmental pollution from fossil fuels in the largest extent,to help maintain our country's healthy,harmonious and sustainable development on economy and society.The optimal operation is one of the key technology in microgrid.Its scheduling scheme determined if the microgrid can operate safely and economically.So,it is of great significance in the study of microgrid technology.In this paper,the certain microgrid optimal operation and the uncertain microgrid optimal operation is respectively researched.For certain microgrid optimal operation,this paper built the mathematical model of microsources in the microgrid.Then building the microgrid optimal operation mathematical model with the comprehensive cost of economy and environmention as the optimization goal,on the basis of satisfying certain constraint conditions.Finally,using the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the above model to get the microgrid optimization scheduling solution,and to realize the optimal operation of microgrid system.Considering the conservative problem of above model optimal operation results only focusing on microgrid certain factors,this paper built the uncertain microgrid optimal operation model.Aimed at the uncertainty of renewable energy including wind and photovoltaic,this paper established an optimal operation scheduling model of microgrid.Based on the uncertainty theory,a chance constrained fuzzy random programming model was constructed while processing the wind power output as fuzzy random variable and the photovoltaic power output as fuzzy variable.A hybrid intelligent algorithm combining fuzzy random simulation technology and genetic algorithm was used on the model solution for the optimal solution under different confidence level.By comparing the results with the above certain model,the relationship between the economy and the risk during microgrid scheduling can be obtained,and the reliable reference for scheduling scheme can be provided.
