| With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway,the number of locomotives has increased rapidly.The train digital control system is the core control component of the electric traction system of EMU and metro vehicles.It is responsible for the control tasks of the traction converter and other electrical execution components of the train,and has other important functions such as communication,monitoring and fault protection.However,its current localization degree is relatively low,and it mostly uses foreign chips for design and development,which is vulnerable to the restriction of product supply and technical support from foreign enterprises.Based on an in-depth investigation of the design,development,production,testing and application of domestic chips,the technical route of China’s alternative to the digital control system for trains is given in this paper.On the basis of studying the functional requirements of the system,the hardware circuit scheme of the train digital control system based on the domestic chip is designed,and its function is tested and verified.This paper makes an in-depth investigation into the localization of the chip used in the digital control system of trains.Many products were investigated and evaluated,which from 26 research institutes,universities and enterprises.And 5 research institutes and enterprises were inspected on the spot.According to the survey results,there are a variety of domestic chips,covering a wide range of fields.The DSP,FPGA,memory,communication chip,bus driver and other major chips used in the digital control system of the train can meet the demand in terms of performance and reliability.Through the investigation,the feasibility of the substitution of domestic chips is determined.In order to determine the system design scheme and the selection of domestic chips,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the train digital control system,and sums it up into four aspects: the core control and operation of the system,the system program and operation data storage,the analog and digital quantity processing and the network communication.According to the function of each aspect,the specific performance index is put forward,and the hardware basis of the scheme design is determined.In terms of core control and computation,the performance,integration scale,hardware resources,peripheral interface and reliability of domestic DSP and FPGA have been able to replace imported chips.In terms of storage,the type,capacity and read-write speed of domestic memory chips have been comparable to those of imported memory chips.The accuracy and channel number of domestic AD and DAchips can meet the functional requirements of the system.In terms of data communication,the types of domestic communication chips are also very rich,and their products can meet the needs of the mainstream communication mode of rail trains.Combined with the function analysis of the system,the selection of domestic chip is determined.On this basis,this paper designs a hardware circuit scheme of train digital control system,which adopts Chinese chip,details the chip features selected for each module,as well as the circuit working principle,working mode,the circuit connection,device parameter calculation,etc.,according to the modular way gives the circuit design of each part.On the basis of the hardware circuit based on the domestic chip design,some functions of the system are tested and verified,and the feasibility of the verified scheme design is determined.This paper contains 63 figures,7 tables and 55 references. |
