Shaoguan area is located in the south China sea subtropical warm and wet air flow and strong cold air in the north converge to form the "south China stationary front".In the area covered by the stationary front,once encountered cold hard objects such as guide,ground wire,insulator,etc.,it is easy to adhere to the formation of rime,rime or mixed rime,resulting in greater damage.Since 2008,ice covering of guide and ground wires has become the number one "enemy" of overhead transmission lines in freezing period.Shaoguan power grid will increase the ice covering thickness of guide and ground wires in the subsequent line transformation.With the demand of economic development,the reliability requirement of power grid is higher.In order to further prevent the loss of power grid caused by severe ice disaster,the research on ground ice melting technology was intensified in 2016.Based on the study and analysis of shaoguan geographical environment and climate environment,combined with the line operation experience analysis concluded that shaoguan heavy ice area is located in the north of shaoguan lechang city,to rain rime,mixed rime(hard rime),rime(soft rime)and rime.Shaoguan power supply bureau in the ground line anti-ice measures to take active defensive measures and elimination measures,in the body to improve the anti-ice ability on the basis of active de-icing measures.The measures to improve the ice resistance of the body include adopting differentiated design,improving the ice cover design standard of the ground wire and using high standard materials.The deicing measures are mechanical deicing by vibration method and direct current deicing technology.Mechanical deicing method is time-consuming,laborious,easy to cause damage to the wire,generally only applicable to the local scope,distribution line deicing.Dc ice-melting technology is applicable to the ice-melting of the ground line of the main grid of shaoguan power grid.Combined with 110 kv Guan Mei line 5 lines,such as ground insulation transformation way of experience,and according to the operation experience and analysis put forward the suitable for shaoguan area ground dc melting insulation technology reform project,and in shaoguan power supply bureau 220 kv guan tong line construction implementation,through the contrastive analysis of the construction scheme and assessment,ground of shaoguan power grid ice to provide safe and reliable,advanced technology,advance and application of melting ice in the ground.In the process of ice melting of 220 k V overhead ground wire of guan-through line after the insulation transformation of ground wire,ground wire and OPGW cable can melt ice normally without any abnormal situation.The insulation transformation of the ground wire of220 k V guan pass line is a major technical improvement based on the operation experience and management system modification.The relevant standards and experience summarized need to be further tested by the operation.
