Higher engineering education is an important part of China’s higher education.In the higher education system,"three parts of the world have one",China has a huge engineering science and technology human resources.As an important base to transport engineering talents for the society,colleges and universities must not neglect the quality of engineering talents.The quality of undergraduate education is affected by various factors.In every link of undergraduate education,the main activities of students are carried out and realized in the process of communication with people,and the interpersonal interaction in education is also the background for students to obtain good development.Therefore,to explore the interaction between students and teachers,as well as the interaction between peers,as the overall research object of social interpersonal interaction,and analyze the impact of this interaction on students’ personal learning gains.At the same time,based on the two clues of teacher-student interaction,academic interaction and social interaction in student student interaction,this paper explains the academic integration and social integration effect of students in school,and focuses on building a social interpersonal interaction model to improve the learning harvest of engineering students.This paper mainly uses Dinto’s "drop out theory" model to build the theoretical analysis framework of the study.Taking Beijing regional engineering college students as the research object,using empirical research methods,using single sample t-test,independent sample t-test,chi square test,multiple linear regression and other statistical methods to analyze the data of "2017 Capital College Students’ study experience survey",At the same time,this paper makes an interview survey of engineering students in Beijing,and explores the current situation of their interpersonal activities and their impact on their learning.The conclusion of this study is as follows:1.The social interpersonal interaction of engineering college students is poor,the interaction between teachers and students is poor,and the interaction between students and students is general.Among them,the status quo of academic interaction between teachers and students of engineering college students is general,and the status quo of social interaction with teachers is poor;the performance of academic interaction with students is general,and the performance of social interaction with different groups of students is relatively good.2.The interaction of different engineering students shows some differences.Among them,the interaction frequency between engineering boys and teachers is higher than that of Engineering girls,and there is no significant difference between engineering boys and engineering girls in the interaction performance between students and students;engineering students who are class leaders perform better in both the interaction between teachers and students and the interaction between students and students;engineering students in higher grades perform significantly better in the interaction between teachers and students and the interaction between students and students;students from urban areas Compared with the rural students,the engineering students in the city perform better in the interaction between teachers and students,and there is no significant difference in the interaction between teachers and students or between students and students in terms of different types of institutions.3.The overall situation of learning and harvest of engineering students is good.Among them,the average level of skill acquisition and value acquisition is higher,but there is no significant difference between skill acquisition and knowledge acquisition.4.Through the empirical analysis,we know that the integration effect of the academic interaction and learning harvest of engineering students is general.The academic interaction between teachers and students and the academic interaction between students and students have a significant impact on learning harvest,but the impact degree is weak from the data point of view;the integration effect of the social interaction of engineering students on learning harvest is not ideal,and the data shows that the social interaction between teachers and students and learning harvest is negative The results show that the current interaction quality is poor,and students’ social interaction has a relatively optimistic impact on learning outcomes.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward the following suggestions: first,teachers and students need to build a good interaction model;second,establish a harmonious peer relationship;third,create a "student-centered" social interpersonal environment,and build a social interpersonal interaction model to improve the learning harvest of engineering students.
