The artisan spirit has long been in ancient China,and it has witnessed the rise and fall of history all the way from ancient times to modern times.History proves that at any time,the country attaches importance to the cultivation and promotion of the spirit of craftsmen,then the country of this period will inevitably flourish;otherwise,it will decline.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has talked about the spirit of craftsmen on many occasions,emphasizing that "the spirit of excellence in craftsmanship must be promoted in the whole society,and young people should be encouraged to take the road of becoming talents and repaying their skills to the country" In order to promote China’s accelerated manufacturing process,the State Council issued "Made in China 2025"(Guo Fa [2015] No.28)in May 2015,stating: "Manufacturing is the main body of the national economy,the foundation of the country and the instrument of prosperity.The foundation of a strong country.Since the beginning of industrial civilization in the mid-eighteenth century,the history of the rise and fall of world powers and the struggle of the Chinese nation have repeatedly proven that without a strong manufacturing industry,there can be no prosperity of the country and the nation.To create an internationally competitive manufacturing industry It is the only way for China to enhance its overall national strength,ensure national security,and build a world power." The above measures fully demonstrate the importance and advocacy of promoting the craftsmanship at the national level.In the same year,CCTV also launched a series of "Great Country Craftsmen" TV documentaries,showing the whole society the craftsmanship of workers in different positions.Since then,various news reports and television films about the craftsmanship spirit have emerged in an endless stream,fully demonstrating the great importance attached to the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit at the social level.Since 2016,the promotion of the spirit of craftsmen and model workers has appeared in the "Government Work Report" many times,which shows that the party and the country have cultivated and promoted a high degree of craftsmanship.Therefore,the cultivation and promotion of craftsmanship should also become the focus of academic attention and research.As the technical backbone of all walks of life,engineering college students must internalize the spirit of craftsmen and externalize their behavior.Cultivating the artisan spirit of engineering college students is not only the only way for the overall development of individuals,but also the only way to shape the atmosphere of social artisans.It is a realistic and urgent task to promote the construction of a socialist modernization and strong country with Chinese characteristics.This article comprehensively uses the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method to conduct a systematic study on the "Cultivation of the Craftsmanship Spirit of College Students of Engineering in the New Era".Taking the new era as the theoretical background of the research in this article,on the basis of studying the connotation,characteristics and contemporary value of the "artisan spirit" and relying on the relevant Marxist discourse as the theoretical starting point,the artisan factor in traditional Chinese culture is longitudinally excavated.The horizontal exploration of the experience of well-known foreign craftsmen makes the discussion in this article both historical and contemporary.A survey questionnaire was issued to engineering students of the University of Electronic Science and Technology as a research object,summarizing the current status of the cultivation of the artisan spirit of contemporary engineering students,objectively summarizing its deficiencies and causes,and targeted to put forward the principles and ways of cultivating the artisan spirit of engineering students.The research results are both scientific and feasible.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly clarifies the background of the topic selection,the significance of the research,the current status of domestic and foreign relevant research and reviews,research ideas and research methods,research difficulties and innovations.The second chapter is the basic connotation and value implication of the cultivation of the artisan spirit of the engineering students in the new era.It clarifies the connotation and characteristics of the cultivation of the artisan spirit of the engineering students in the new era,and clarifies the value of the cultivation of the artisan spirit of the engineering students in the new era to individuals,society and the country.With meaning.The third chapter is the theoretical basis and ideological resources for the research on the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit of engineering students in the new era.It systematically sorts out the domestic and foreign ideological resources and ideas for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,and provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and discussion of this article.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the current situation and reasons of the cultivation of the artisan spirit of engineering students in the new era.Through an empirical method of questionnaire survey,it outlines the current situation of the cultivation of the artisan spirit of contemporary engineering students,objectively summarizes its shortcomings and causes.Chapter 5 is the principle and path of the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit of engineering students in the new era.It proposes the basic principles of the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit of engineering students in the new era.It points out that the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit of engineering students needs to be at the individual level,college level,social level and government.The focus of the level is to clarify the path selection of the cultivation of the artisan spirit of engineering college students,which is the focus and foothold of this article.
