Study On The Municipal Road Design Scheme Of The Tianfu Airport City Based On The Concept Of Park City

Over the past few decades,China’s economy has produced remarkable results,but the extensive development model has also taken a heavy toll on our homes.The contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development has become the main contradiction in Chinese society."Park City" to respect nature,conform to nature,protect nature of the concept of ecological civilization construction effectively respond to the current people’s yearning for a better life.To achieve more optimized urban pattern,green space and public space more abundant,more balanced public services,more open urban functions,more beautiful urban forms,more integrated urban-rural relations,greener industrial development.Governments at all levels are focusing on how to plan and build streets to meet the needs of the people’s good life.Chengdu puts forward the policy: "promote the construction of park city streets,improve the quality of the street environment"."Park city" is people-oriented,which focuses on the people activities and needs in streets.It fully embodies the “green hills and blue waters” ecological value,“poetic residence” humanistic value,“educate people with culture” aesthetic value,“green and low carbon” economic value,” parsimony health” life value and “good life” social value.Based on the “park city” concept,the road and space elements design scheme are completed,such as motorway,bicycle way,pedestrian way,crossing facilities,corner park,park and sculpture,etc.As the most basic public product of the city,municipal road has become the most closely related public activity place for urban residents,and is also an important space carrier of the city’s history and culture.Based on the background and significance of the design of "Park City" in Chengdu Tianfu Airport New Town,this study adopts the regional profile(natural conditions,geological conditions,hydrological environment,seismic effects,etc.),the regional status of traffic,urban spatial planning and functional zoning,area land planning,municipal road network planning,The overall planning of urban design and street design guidelines in the area,combined with the traffic volume analysis and forecast results,to clarify the functional positioning of the municipal roads in this study in the science and technology park area road network,the relationship with the surrounding planning land and the type of urban landscape,put forward the road standard cross-sectional scheme,sponge city scheme and landscape greening scheme.As a demonstration area for the early construction of the airport new city,this study will provide an important reference for the urban planning and construction of the new airport new city in Tianfu New Area.In the work of building "park city",the municipal road design scheme is produced under the direction of the park city concept at the street level.Based on the municipal road scheme design work of Aviation Innovation-type Park in Chengdu Airport New City,this study demonstrates the process and key work of municipal road scheme research under the concept of "park city".The results of this study will provide important reference for the follow-up urban planning and construction of Airport New City of Tianfu New District,and reference for the construction and development concepts of new cities in other regions in China.
