| With the increase of road mileage year by year,the demand of road maintenance and management is particularly prominent.Scientific use of limited funds to develop efficient and reasonable pavement maintenance management plan is the main problem facing the highway maintenance management department in China.Making pavement maintenance strategy is a decision problem involving multiple factors,multiple objectives and uncertainties.In order to deal with such a decision problem,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research.Throughout research can be found in recent years,the commonly used method is established based on the mathematical programming method of pavement maintenance decision optimization model,using computer technology to solve the optimization results of the model,these studies from maintenance target diversification and complexity of model and the use of several aspects,such as gradually to the evolution of algorithm,along with the sustainable development concept is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.For example,maintenance target is no longer just limited to the maintenance cost and maintenance efficiency and user costs,maintenance’s impact on the environment as well as the maintenance of economic and social impact,such as more and more become factors need to be considered in the pavement maintenance decision optimization.The optimization of pavement maintenance decision becomes more and more complicated,but the optimization process and results are also more and more in line with the practical engineering needs.Based on existing research,this paper using multi-objective optimization method,the multi-objective pavement maintenance optimization model is established,and the uncertainty in the process of solving method,discuss the maintenance decision-making and curing goal equilibrium analysis and so on multiobjective pavement maintenance decision optimization is studied in this solution,research content and results of supplement existing pavement maintenance decision optimization research.Firstly,this paper introduces the multi-objective optimization method and discusses the basic characteristics of the multi-objective pavement maintenance optimization problem,then establishes the multi-objective pavement maintenance decision optimization model under the deterministic condition,and discusses the solution method and equilibrium analysis method of the optimization model.In this paper,the average value of pavement performance and the percentage of road length satisfying a certain pavement performance threshold are introduced to evaluate the performance of road network.Second in view of the uncertainty existing in the pavement maintenance decision process,and mainly discusses the pavement performance evaluation of uncertainty,uncertainty is established under the situation of pavement maintenance decision optimization model,introducing the chance constrained programming method,the model of chance constraints into certain constraints,so,after setting the confidence level of uncertainty optimization problem is transformed into deterministic optimization problem,in order to adopt the method of deterministic case model and equilibrium analysis.Finally,taking the national highway maintenance decision of Liaoning Province as an example,the multi-objective pavement maintenance decision optimization method proposed in this study is verified.Based on the theoretical method introduced in this study and the actual situation of the case,a multi-objective pavement maintenance decision optimization model was established,and GAMS software was used to solve the model for many times to obtain the equilibrium analysis between maintenance targets under the situation of certainty and uncertainty.At the same time,the optimal pavement maintenance schemes under the same capital and performance constraints are analyzed,and the results are compared and analyzed. |
