| The internal curve radial plunger hydraulic motor converts the liquid pressure energy into the mechanical energy to the external output torque,and its performance plays a decisive role in the operation of the entire hydraulic system.The internal curve radial plunger hydraulic motor is widely used in construction machinery,mining machinery,metallurgical machinery ship machinery,military machinery,etc.,because of its advantages such as large output torque,good stability at low speed,small volume,and can be connected with the driving device without reducing gear.The internal curve radial plunger hydraulic motor produced in China has a big gap with foreign countries due to its precision,material performance and other aspects,the imported hydraulic motor is still the mainstream.The form of the stator guide curve determines the output torque of the hydraulic motor.This topic comes from the study of an enterprise’s inner curve radial plunger hydraulic motor,on the basis of the extensive review of relevant literature,the static and dynamic analysis of the main components of the hydraulic motor,the finite element analysis and the stator guide curve optimization analysis,to provide a certain theoretical basis for the production of enterprises.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the radial piston hydraulic motor with inner curve,the characteristics of the hydraulic motor,the research status of the hydraulic motor at home and abroad,the research status of the stator guide curve,the development trend of the hydraulic motor,the main research content.On this basis,taking cylindrical roller type internal curve radial plunger hydraulic motor as the research object,the force analysis of the main parts is carried out,and the simplified mechanical model is obtained.According to the Hertz contact theory,the contact stress between plunger roller and stator guide rail is analyzed and the corresponding stator guide rail curve equation is obtained.Secondly,CAXA,SolidWorks and ADAMS were used to build the physical model of the internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor,and the rationality of the mechanical system dynamics was analyzed and verified.The overall deformation cloud image of the inner curve radial piston hydraulic motor,the equivalent stress cloud image of the roller and stator guide rail contact,the roller deformation cloud image,the roller and stator guide rail contact deformation cloud image were analyzed by ANSYS Workbench.The internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor plunger pair of kinematics analysis and stator drawing precise guide rail and then get the stator guide rail,by changing the stator guide rail of the amplitude and Angle distribution curve,respectively using ADAMS analysis in different angular distribution of the hydraulic motor output torque and obtain the optimal Angle distribution. |
