In recent years,the technology of hydraulic components has been improved in China,radial hydraulic motor,as the power component of the hydraulic drive system,it has the characteristics of large output torque and higher and higher requirements for parameters such as torque,displacement and noise,with the improvement of machining technology and the discovery of new materials,radial hydraulic motor components become more corrosion resistant,and the inevitable friction noise during operation is reduced.The stator guide orbit curve,one of the core technologies of the hydraulic motor,is a research hotspot of the hydraulic motor technology,but it has not made substantial progress in essence,new and effective radial motor stator guide curve is one of the core powers to promote the development of hydraulic motor technology.Observing the elliptic equation curve,it is found that a series of new radial hydraulic curves of motor stator guide rail can be obtained by changing the change frequency of the long and short semi-axes at the same time.The curve is a closed,continuous and highly derivable periodic curve,It can solve the problems of flexible impact inside the internal curve motor and low precision of stator curve drawing,which can be generated by a generalized elliptic equation,so the curve has excellent ductility.In this research,the guide orbit curve of the generalized elliptical stator of the radial piston motor is studied mainly from the following aspects:Firstly introduces the characteristics of hydraulic technology and the current research status quo of radial piston motor,points out the key technology of radial piston motor related research and its significance in radial piston motor orbit curve,expounds the market mature structure and principle of the radial piston motor,explain the several existing problems in the mature guide rail,so as to put forward a new kind of curve of orbit radial piston motor,expound the theoretical basis of the curve and the curve rail modeling process,explain the structure and principle of the radial radial piston motor briefly.Secondly,using the method of control variables,to explore the influence of the equation parameters and the number of steel balls on the flow pulsation and torque pulsation of the radial piston motor using the curved guide orbit,and the performance of the curve guide rail was analyzed to find the theoretical basis for the design of the new radial hydraulic motor with large torque and low noise.Finally,testing the practicability of the new curve orbit,in the market to buy a same type of radial piston motor,disassemble the motor,to measure the size parameters of the motor stator,according to the size,design and machine a adopted generalized elliptic equation of stator curve orbit,employ the processed stator curve guide orbit entity,install parts of the same type is purchased from the above market other than the stator,to reassemble a new hydraulic motor.
